spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. While the property offers beautiful

lake views, please note that there is no direct lake access; however, public

access is just a short drive away. With an expansive open floor plan, it's the

perfect spot for entertaining or simply unwinding with family and friends.

Living Room:

The living room is an open and welcoming space, and as the home sits on the

water and boasts high ceilings with plenty of natural light, you will surely

enjoy the beautiful lake views. Hardwood floors flow throughout, and the

spacious area rug adds warmth. Relax on the couch or loveseat while you watch

your favorite show on the flat-screen TV after a day's travels or an afternoon

of play in the lake. Read a book or play tic tac toe while taking it easy in

one of the two modern leather chairs. Downstairs, you will find a second,

quaint living room that boasts a sectional couch and a large projector with

surround sound to stream your favorite movies and two arcade games, a stand-up

Pac-Man, and a Golden Tee. Set out snacks and drinks on the coffee table for

movie night. Here, you can enjoy more views of the lake and access to the

lower-level deck!



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

The kitchen is open concept to the living room and features everything from

stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to a porcelain sink and

a breakfast bar with seating for two. Store fresh ingredients in the

refrigerator, whip up family recipes on the stove top, bake Smoky Mountain

treats, brew coffee anytime, and let the dishwasher help with cleanup. The

dining area is just off the kitchen and has a natural-style wooden table with

matching chairs and a bench with seating for six. Everyone can chat and eat

together with the kitchen bar stools and living room seating. Dish towels,

starter soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided.



Game Room:

Get ready to level up your vacation fun at our Game Room! This ultimate play

space is stocked with two classic arcade games, perfect for a blast from the

past or a friendly family competition. But that's not all - we're talking BIG,

folks! Our Life-Size Connect Four game is a game-changer (pun intended).

Imagine the thrill of playing this beloved board game on a massive scale,

feeling right in the middle of a real-life game show. The excitement is

palpable as you and your friends and family challenge each other to be the

first to get four in a row. With our Game Room, the fun never has to end -

there's always another round to be played, another high score to beat, and

although please note that there is no direct lake access from the

property—public access is just about 2 miles down the road at Swanns Marina.

With two fabulous decks showcasing stunning views, you'll have the ideal

backdrop for your adventures. Soak in the beauty of the shimmering water and

majestic mountains from every level of the house. If you're in the mood for a

change of scenery, take a leisurely stroll down to the community pool for a

refreshing swim or enjoy some indoor fun in the recreation room. And when

hunger strikes, fire up the gas grill for an epic family cookout right by the

water. Gather your loved ones and let the good times roll! Adventure and

laughter await you at every turn!

The property is accessible by vehicle or motorcycle and is located in a gated

community. There is level parking for two vehicles. It is just 20 minutes to

Pigeon Forge, 30 minutes to Gatlinburg, and 45 minutes to the Smoky Mountains.

You will find Publix, Food City, and Weigels on Winfield Dunn Parkway. With

such an excellent location, you're just a short drive from everything in

downtown Sevierville and Pigeon Forge.

Located on Douglas Lake you can rent boats or jet skis to spend the day on the

lake. After the lake, head into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which have many

fun and entertaining attractions for all ages. Start with adventure when you

ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf, race go-karts,

splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-much more! For

outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where

you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic by a river,

and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the Tanger

Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local

cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner

time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that

sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Lake Special Note:

Water levels vary throughout the year. During winter, the water is drained,

and beginning in April, it starts to fill. By the end of May, it is completely

filled.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
