The cabin is a quick 12 minute drive to the breathtaking hiking in Great Smoky Mountain National Park, 15 miles from Dollywood in Pigeon Forge and 16 miles to the unique shopping and dining experiences in Gatlinburg. Whether you're looking to enjoy the bright lights and entertainment of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, explore the mountains, or simply relax and unwind, this spacious home provides the perfect base for your adventures.

Sleeping arrangements:

King Bedroom on Main Level on second story - King bed with ensuite bathroom (separate shower and soaking tub)
King Bedroom 2 on Third Floor - King bed ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo)
Kids' Cove on Third floor - Bunk beds which can sleep 4 with ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo)

We provide hand soap, dish detergent, a set amount of dishwasher and laundry pods, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Guests are responsible for any additional items.

Locked owner's closets located in home theater space. For your safety, there is a video camera OUTSIDE the property that is recording at all times. It is facing the driveway. This home is not to be used for parties.

We are available via your booking platform from 9am-8pm EST. Do not hesitate to reach out for any concerns.

House Rules

Check-in/ Check-Out: Check in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We will do our best to accommodate an earlier check in, but we make no promises. The check-in time of 4pm is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to have the home ready for your arrival!

Minimum age to rent: 25 years old

Rental agreement: After booking, we require a signed rental agreement. It's very easy, I promise!

Smoking Policy: There is absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vape, marijuana, hookah, drugs, etc..) inside or outside on the decks. If smoke is detected inside the home, then a minimum of $500 fee for smoke remediation will be enforced.

Extra Guests: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Additional guests will be charged at $100 per night per guest.

Party Policy: This is not a home for parties or events.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed. We charge a minimum of $250 for pet damages.

Pool Policy: Pool room is locked with a code required to enter. NO DIVING. Pool is approximately 3 feet deep. Pool temperature is set to 83 degrees. Swim at your own risk. All children under 18 need adult supervision.

Hot Tub: Shower or bathe with soap before entering hot tub especially if you have lotions, deodorant or sunscreen on your skin. The hot tub water is changed before each guest arrives.

BBQ: We provide a propane grill that is secured in place. Please clean off grill after use.

Garbage: Please dispose of full trash bags into bear proof bins in front of the house. If you have excess trash during your stay, please notify me to arrange for pickup.

Cabin arrival: All roads are paved but under rare icy conditions, All Wheel Drive may be necessary to navigate the roads.

Travel Insurance: Please be advised of our cancellation policy. Travel Insurance is highly suggested due to unforeseen live events that may alter your travel plans.

Wi-Fi: Our home is secluded in the mountains, which can bring occasional Wi-Fi interference. We are usually able to have Wi-Fi restored quickly.

Off Limit Areas: Owners' closet in theater room. Pool mechanicals in pool room.

For your security, there is an outdoor camera recording at all times. It provides a view of the front door and driveway.

Pest Control: Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a regular basis, we hope that you’ll appreciate the fact that being in the heart of the National Park does create certain challenges in the area. It is best to always close the doors behind you.
