Welcome to Five Little Bears, where comfort and luxury harmoniously blend with nature’s stunning beauty and tranquility. Here, you will find it easy to relax, connect with loved ones and create an unforgettable experience in a picturesque setting. Our deluxe chalet invites you to lounge in exquisite furnishings and the comforts of modern amenities – hot tub, indoor gas fireplace, outdoor dining with spacious decks, premium kitchen, high speed internet, arcade, and family games. Don’t forget to take a stroll around the loop of Blue Tick Way, where you are guaranteed to find remarkable views of the Smokey Mountains.

If that is not enough, our chalet is ideally located minutes away from scenic hikes, major attractions, and local conveniences. The floor plan is ideal for both couples and families alike. Lastly, we are kid friendly – at least our Five Little Bears say so!

Upper Level

Lower Level
Second Bedroom (lower level): plush king-sized bed, flat screen smart TV, twin bunk beds, coffee station. This bedroom is semi-private without a door. See picture of floorplan. Access to full bathroom with shower-tub combo and lower-level outdoor seating area.
Living Space: Comfortable queen sleeper sofa, 75-inch flat screen smart TV, foosball, classic arcade games, family games
Patio/Deck: hot tub, outdoor conversation set with coffee table, outdoor patio games (cornhole and jumbo Jenga)

General
Complimentary starter toiletries, linens/towels, free WiFi, air conditioning & central heat, washer and dryer, coffee starter with Keurig pods and sweeteners. A Vertuo Nespresso machine is provided, please bring your favorite Vertuo Nespresso pods.
All TVs are in guest mode to allow the guest full control over their viewing choices. Please have any usernames and passwords for your streaming subscriptions you would like to watch.
We are on well water with a whole home filtration system.

Parking
Free parking with ample space for 2 large vehicles (i.e. 2 Suburbans) or 3 smaller vehicles.

Additional rules:
Five Little Bears Lease Agreement:
- Any damage done to the home may incur an additional charge that the renter is responsible for.
- No Smoking. No vaping. No e-cigarettes. Any guest that smokes in our cabin will incur a $1000 fine and is responsible for all cleaning and deodorizing costs associated with smoking in our cabin.
- No Pets Allowed. Any guest that brings a pet will incur a $500 fine and is responsible for all cleaning and deodorizing costs associated with pets in our cabin.
- Check-In Time: 4 PM
- Check-Out Time: 10 AM
- Early check-ins and/or late check-outs are only allowed with permission from the owner.
- MAX Occupancy: 8
- Your stay includes a one-time towel and linen setup. Daily maid service is not provided. A washer and dryer is available.
- Place all trash into the bear box container at the beginning of the property and keep the door closed and securely fastened with provided carabiner clip.
- Hot Tub Wavier of Liability: Use of hot tub is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injury from use of hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand that there are potential dangers from use of hot tub especially if a person has a health risk, a person is under the influence of drugs, medications, or alcohol, or is pregnant. No children are permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision. Our cleaning staff sanitizes the hot tub prior to your arrival. Therefore, the hot tub may not be fully warmed until later in the evening. Do not sit, stand, or climb on the hot tub cover.
- Parking: please park all vehicles in front of the cabin.
- Reservations and Rate Changes: rates vary throughout the year and are subject to change. Once your reservation has been booked, your rate is locked.
- Falsified Reservations: any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and the party will not be permitted to check in.
- Storm Policies/Road Conditions/Fire: our cabin is located in a populated area with a paved road. Portions of the road are steep and narrow. Issues may arise during storms, snow, sleet, icy precipitation, or fires. NO REFUNDS will be provided for weather-related conditions. Four-wheel drive is recommended during snow or icy conditions.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises.
- The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal property or valuables of the guest.
- By accepting this reservation, all guests agree to this lease agreement and assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
