Misty Mountain Hop is a spacious five-bedroom, six-bath log cabin in Wears Valley, set on two acres with panoramic Great Smoky Mountain views. Gather beneath vaulted ceilings by the stone gas fireplace, play pool, and unwind in the private hot tub. Five king en-suite bedrooms make it well suited to groups and families.

Wears Valley is one of the most peaceful areas in the Smokies — a quick 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 25 minutes to Laurel Falls Trailhead, 30 minutes to the Great Smoky Mountains Sugarlands entrance, and 35 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg.

You will have private access to the entire cabin, including the patios, game room, and private hot tub. Self check-in is available via a smart lock. Free parking is available on the premises.

Situated on two private acres in Wears Valley, this log cabin offers panoramic views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Start the day with sunrise on the patio, play a game of pool in the downstairs game room, grill dinner outside, and unwind with a soak in the hot tub.

Access is via a private mountain road with steep grades. A 4WD or higher-clearance vehicle is recommended, especially in winter. No refunds or cancellations for guests unable to complete the drive

Wi-Fi is satellite service and is generally suitable for browsing, but it may be too limited for streaming and can be spotty in the mountains. DVDs are available for your enjoyment.

The gas fireplaces are shut off from April to October for the warmer season.

THE DRIVE
Reaching this mountaintop cabin means a drive uphill on a private mountain road. The road is single-lane the entire way, with limited pull-off spots to pass oncoming traffic, so please drive slowly and be prepared to yield. Surface conditions vary between paved and gravel sections, and some paved stretches have potholes and uneven spots. We recommend a 4-wheel-drive or higher-clearance vehicle, especially in winter, though the road is passable with a standard car in good conditions. You assume responsibility for travel on the road at your own risk. If you have any questions about the drive before booking, feel free to message us.

RULES
- Pet Policy: $150 non-refundable pet service fee. Up to two dogs max. Dogs must be potty-trained and well-behaved. Cannot be left in the cabin alone unless crated.
- Age Policy: Primary guest must be 25 years or older, with adult supervision required at all times.
- Event Policy: No parties. Small wedding receptions allowed with a $150 cleaning fee and $500 event fee. Contact us first for permission.
- Please do not use the elevator; it is locked and inoperable.

WILDLIFE
Mountain wildlife, including bears and raccoons, may be seen around the cabin, porch, or yard. Please don't leave food, drinks, coolers, or trash outside or in your car, and do not approach wildlife.
