furnishings abound, with two comfortable couches, a love seat, and two

armchairs, all nestled amidst rustic wood accents. Soft lighting and warm

colors create a welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind

after a day of exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. Step out onto the deck to

enjoy the fresh mountain air. Whether you're gathering around the fireplace

Kitchen/ Dining Room:

The heart of Little Greenbriar Lodge is the expansive restaurant-style kitchen

and dining area, fully equipped to satisfy the culinary needs of even the most

discerning chef. Commercial-grade appliances include a gas stove, flat-top

stove, and glass-front commercial-size refrigerator and freezer, providing

ample storage and prep space for meal preparation. Additional features include

a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker, making it easy to stay

refreshed and energized throughout your stay. With four sinks at your

disposal, you'll have plenty of room to get your hands dirty while cooking up

a storm. And with seating for 19 at the multiple dining tables, plus four

extra folding tables and chairs and a high chair for little ones, there is

plenty of space to gather with friends and family for meals. Whether you're

hosting a holiday feast or need a place to enjoy a casual breakfast, this

kitchen and dining area is designed to accommodate your every need. Dish

towels, dish starter soap, and dishwasher starter pods are provided.

Location/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is easily accessible by motorcycle or vehicle, featuring paved

roads all the way to the driveway, where it transitions to gravel for easy

access. There's level parking available for eight vehicles, making it

convenient for your group. If you're in the mood for breakfast, be sure to

stop by Elvira's Café nearby. You'll also find Dollar General, Kroger, and

Food City, a short drive away. The location is fantastic—just 5 minutes to the

Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 30 minutes to Gatlinburg.

You'll be close to everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer!

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will email you the door code, which we will resend

a week before your stay.
