Our Resort offers both basketball and Pickleball Courts. It is 2 minutes from Soaky Mountain and the Sevierville Convention Center and Pigeon Forge is only a 15-minute drive away which hosts Dollywood, the number one sought after family destination in the Smoky Mountains.

*We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.
*All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Guests assume full liability for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). The Owner/Host is not responsible for any incidents, claims, or expenses resulting from a guest’s dog. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner/Host harmless for all dog-related issues.
Violation of this clause may result in removal from the property without refund and charges for any related damages.
