Cabin was very clean, had fun games to play, a beautiful view, and was exactly what we were looking for! They do mention the steep driveway in the listing, but we still were not expecting that.. We were able to make it up in a sedan with little to no issues, but it is a very intimidating hill, with no turnaround area at the top. We recommend bringing a truck or SUV to this property.

Nice Cabin

Property was nice and as advertised, a little rough around the edges but overall had a nice stay. 15 min from downtown gatlinburg which was nice. Driveway is steep so be prepared if you book. Overall if looking for a nice place to stay that is not right in gatlinburg or pigeon forge location is perfect and quiet. Would recommend for a family.

Spring break

I loved the cabin please don't get me wrong but, the wifi work when we 1st got there and 30 mins later it went out. I text the number for help and the response was awesome. The problem was no one ever came. I text to let them know the hot tub was cold and I was told a ticket was put in, but again no one ever came. I fixed the hot tub myself by messing around. Saturday around 4/5 the direct TV went out. At this point without the wifi we couldn't use Netflix or anything but we could watch regular TV. Now that the Direct TV was out we couldn't watch anything. I can with a 2yr old, 6yr old, 10 and 13 yr old. It was terrible without wifi or TV. I was told someone would come and no one ever came. It would be nice to at least get accommodations for the inconvenience of our trip. Other than that it was lovely.

Cabin was nice but had a lot of problems from the beginning

The property is nice but the had lots of problems from the beginning.. grill and chairs were all flipped over and grill was broke but property manager did make it right brought a new grill.. the gas fire place would not work they came and fixed it then went right back out and there was black soot all over it and in the house like there had been a fire.. the dishes up in the cabinets had spider webs all over had to wash dishes before even using them.. there was already some trash piled on the cans outside when we got there.. the lights and the kids rooms did not work and one was melted in half and was really hot to the touch.. the hot tub water was brown upon arrival

Spring break 2023

The cabin was beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. The loft area was loved by our grandchildren as well as the hot tub. The cabin was clean and had a pretty view. The only negative was the sofa bed was not comfortable and the driveway was extremely steep.

We had a wonderful time meeting up with family! Everything was clean & comfortable. My 9 & 10 year old boys loved the play room area upstairs. The “kid caves” were a huge hit! We loved sitting on the porch and it was close enough to visit Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. That incline driveway up to the house is no joke! 4WD needed for sure! Would love to stay here again.

Was not clean and not worth the money

Upon checking in we noticed many areas that were lacking in the cleanliness department. For the amount to stay here I would expect this place to be spotless. On top of that, the cooking pans were not usable due to being so old and rusted and not safe so we went out and bought our own to cook on. We didn’t get in the hot tub because it did not look clean and was super old. The ac units leaked upstairs plus in the summer it gets so hot upstairs so sleeping up there would be difficult. And the icing on the cake was the centipedes. I mean not just a few centipedes but you had to watch where you stepped in the night and morning when it was fake because you would step on them. I’m not sure how that’s acceptable but it was so nasty. They were crawling everywhere. And it wasn’t just one day. It was all week of our trip. Super cool area and not far to drive into town but was extremely disappointed in the lack of cleanliness with this house with the price we stayed. Oh and my daughter and I came home with bed bug bits all over us and that’s something I never experienced before till now. Awful to say the least.

Very Nice Cabin

Overall really loved the cabin. It was very clean and well stocked. Previously read reviews about the driveway. It was very manageable during dry conditions. On the last day of our stay it rained and we struggled getting up the hill and slid down a couple of times. If it wasn't for the driveway we'd make it our go to cabin everytime we go back to the mountains. The water also smelled strange when bathing which wasn't a huge deal, but it was just surprising. The ignitor for the fire pit was missing so we couldn't use it during our stay. We also replaced all the batteries in the remotes because most of them were dead and wouldn't work with the tvs. Again, not a big deal, but we just didn't want to have to coordinate with someone to come fix them since we were planning on going in and out a lot during our stay. It is very conveniently located from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was only a 15 minute very scenic drive to either location. The game room upstairs was great and the kid's sleeping nooks were very cute! Lots of great amenities to make it feel more like home during our stay. The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the unseasonably warm weather. It has been our favorite cabin experience thus far in the Smokies.

The property was just as described. Location was great and the cabin was fantastic. There were no "check out" instructions that we could find and the puck for the air hockey game was missing, but other than that it as the perfect get away.

A bit more of a warning about the slope of the driveway would have been helpful. Also, many things did not work and multiple service calls had to be made (hot tub, fireplace, table with fire center). Also, confusion on where trash goes and how to access the bear locked cans. The fireplace was rusted on the bottom an in a strange place near the house. The furniture and deck were a bit worn. Great views, clean, and comfortable for 4 adults on a long weekend.

Staying at Yeti Peak.

We had a great time at Yeti Peak. My son didn't want to leave. Check in was smooth. We had no problem going up the driveway but we did have a 4 wheel drive. I wouldn't attempt without one. Upstairs was a kids dream but it was hot up there. The kitchen faucet would only spray so I think it needs to be replaced. The gas fireplace stopped working but a service man came and got it going again. Hot tub was great.

Honeymoon in the Smokies

Where do I begin, how about the POSITIVES first. The cabin has a great layout with bonuses throughout. The fully stocked kitchen with every cooking utensil in it would make Guy Fieri jealous. This came in great when cooking breakfast. The clean hot tub was excellent after a day of exploring the area. The soaker tub was a nice touch. The cabin did supply a good amount of towels. The upstairs area was a nice surprise with the vintage video game cabinet which brought back several great memories. With being on our honeymoon, we did not have any kids with us, but the bedding areas for kids was an amazing setup. We enjoyed the great signage throughout the cabin, fun atmosphere. And the drive up to the cabin no ride at Dollywood comes close to the experience! The OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENTS. There is a cockroach problem in the kitchen. Don't worry we took care of the numerous ones we saw, we just didn't plan on killing roaches on our honeymoon. The housekeeping seemed "rushed". I found an old used feminine product in the back bedroom floor, yes an old used feminine product. Several aluminum cans and trash seen outside below on the front the cabin. Does this area get cleaned or even looked at? It was obvious that the kitchen drain had not been cleaned as it had leftover food still in it. The fireplace downstairs did not work. Sign on the mantelpiece stated the fireplace would be in service in October. Contacted the service number about the issue and the nice lady on the other line stated a service ticket would be filled and someone would be over first thing in the morning. At 1 PM the next day a service guy showed up (with no facial covering), what happened to first thing in the morning? While the service guy was there, I pointed out that the propane fire pit had a damaged ignition button and it would not light.
