Perfect Fall Getaway!! Save time and take back roads to Dollywood!!

Kick back and relax at our stylish and secluded cottage overlooking the rolling hills of the Great Smokey Mountains. Guests can enjoy a game room, private deck with brand new hot tub, multiple fireplaces, firepit, free popcorn, and take in breathtaking sunset views from the large master bedroom and deck. Approximately 10 minutes to Dollywood and the main strip of Pigeon Forge. The upstairs bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a twin trundle.

The spacious master bedroom and bedroom is on the main floor. Guests can enjoy a king size bed with luxury linens, a fireplace, and rolling hill views from their private deck. On the private deck you will find a charcoal grill and a cozy sectional. Be sure to take in the views of fireflies in the evenings! Inside the master bedroom you will find a work desk with lighting for guests that work remotely. Inside the master closet, there are hangers and an iron for guest use. The master bathroom has a double vanity, LED mirror, soaking tub with waterfall faucet, and a walk in shower with a spa shower tower. The spa shower tower has body jets, a waterfall setting and an LED light. Guests will be provided with shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. There is a hair dryer in the vanity for guest use. Towels are in the vanity as well.

The second bedroom and game room are on the second floor. In the game room, you will find plenty of board games, air hockey, and a Simpson arcade game. In the second bedroom you will find a full size bunk bed with pull out twin size trundle. Please note that our bunk beds do have a weight limit of 350 lbs and are best suited for children. The upstairs bedroom has a 42 inch flat screen smart tv and allows guests to use streaming services to watch their favorite shows while they relax for the night.

The kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils, glassware, and salt and pepper. We offer a popcorn station for movie nights. There is a Kurig coffeemaker with pods.

The guest bathroom is on the main floor and has a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Guests can enjoy shampoo, body was and conditioner. There is a hair dryer in the vanity for guest use. Towels are in the vanity as well.

Washer and dryer is in the master bedroom closet and is available for guest use. Guests will need to provide their own HE laundry detergent.

The great room has a 50 inch smart TV that you may use to sign into your streaming services. There is a fireplace in the great room/dining area.

Other things to note
Internet disclosure: our property is equipped with the fastest internet service provided in this area and we utilize routers to monitor their status remotely. In the even that internet service is intermittent or completely lost due to the service provider, there is simply nothing that we can do besides provide you with updates from the provider. There will be no compensation to our guests in the even that service is intermittent or lost completely due to the service provider. If you travel for business or rely heavily on internet, we recommend that you bring backup hotspot just in case.

Parking: Parking can hold 3 vehicles. Please be mindful of the slope. Please use your parking brake when parking.

Guests will need to bring their own charcoal for the grill.

The check in process was fine. Got into the house to find multiple bug everywhere including wasps, lady bugs, and stink bugs. There were sticky floors throughout the house. The sheets were not clean. The hot tub smelt terrible. There was leaking from the roof in the master and living area. The bugs were inside and outside the house. Tried calling and messaging the hosts multiple times no response, no answer. We called VRBO to see what we could do because we were not staying at the house with all the bugs and dirty sheets. The shower was nasty hair in it. Luckily the next morning we found another place to stay. VRBO gave the hosts 24 hrs to respond never responded so they reimbursed us for our other hotel room for the last two nights. Waisted a whole day dealing with the house problems and trying to figure out where we were going to stay. We are supposed to be getting a full refund on the house because we didn’t stay there but one night and we do not sleep sat on the couch all night because of the nasty bed sheets and pillows. The hosts has yet to reach out to us. It was a terrible experience. The pictures do not do the house justice. It’s a beautiful house but behind a junkyard and mobile homes. A lot smaller than the pictures put it out to be. Would not recommend saying here until things improve with this house.

It is not my intention to leave a bad review but instead to bring awareness to the reviews. Believe all the negative reviews because upon arrival to the unit we found numerous lady bugs, stink bugs, and wasps flying around the unit. I messaged owner who replied that this was normal for this area and lady bugs are harmless. The wasps and hot tub issue later discussed in my review were unaddressed. We have stayed many times in the area and this was a first. It took us 1.5 hrs to clean everything and wash all the comforters because we could tell they were dirty. I did not complain again because we are not those type of people. This place is in fact located on top of a mountain with trailer parks directly below (there is no view) and a junk yard around the corner. We were not bothered during our stay and once we got it cleaned it was comfortable. The hot tub was halfway full and we had to fill it up only to discover it needed to be cleaned and felt like sitting in luke warm bath water. Again full disclosure we did not formally complain. The game that was pictured did not work the entire time and we did not complain about that as well. During the course of one night I awoke with a stink bug on my arm and my wife had one on her eye. There are no curtains to the unit so people who walk or drive by can look into the unit. Being that I have a daughter I solved that by putting black trash bags up against the windows that surprisingly held up well during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! This cabin is new and very clean. Close to Dollywood. Perfect space for our girls getaway, 2 adults and 3 kids(11-15). The kids enjoyed the games and the hot tub. Nice big shower in the master as well! Could have used a few more towels but other than that it was perfect!

Prefacing to say it will not let me type everything I have to say, so this is the summarized version, and to also add I have never left below a 5 star review. - Not a great part of town, but didn’t rly bother us too much
- Was told we’d receive check-in info 3 days prior, messaged twice (very kind and polite at that), but had to call VRBO directly before we got a response from host. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if our messages would’ve just been acknowledged. - Left over confetti everywhere (maybe Bach trip), upstairs bunk beds dirty, hot tub slimy, etc. - Smart-lock system old and scratched. Difficult to read numbers. Wouldn’t lock, only unlock. - A/C unit is messed up. Daughter had to sleep with us - upstairs was prob 80 or hotter. Was set to 69 when we got there, would stay around 73, shot up to 75 late evening/nights
 making it uncomfortable to sleep. Checked the air filter, an inch of debris. Told the host. She sent out a cleaner. Changed nothing, it actually worsened. We were refunded 50 for the “inconvenience”
 Cleaner also stated that we could “knock the air down to whatever we’d like
 it’s 75 out, won’t freeze unit.” She set the A/C down to 64
 we bumped it back up once she left to avoid damage to unit. The host did end up responding quickly once we were there. The place was decorated cute. The bathrooms were great. However, our experience was not what we hoped for or worth what we paid, despite it being cheaper than others.

The house was beautiful inside and the hot tub was awesome! It worked perfect for my 2 kids under 2. Plus it's near piegon forge!!! I would definitely book again.
