The cabin had a beautiful views from every room. Location is very good. We had a few major probles upon check in. First there were tons of dead lady bugs in window seals, along with lots of dust. The oven and stove did not work and the hemlock hills management was immediately notified. We had planned all meals at the cabin due to our diet needs and the oven never got replaced and no solution to help us was provided. This cost us 100s more to eat out and waste most of what we brought. We could not use the hot tub due to nasty looking and smelling water. They came next day while we were away and put in tablets but it didnt help. We checked the filter and it was the nastiest one ive ever seen some of it had even desolved, so we contacted management to have a health inspection done and never got to use it. Windows were beyond filthy and cleaned what we could so we could see out better. If that wasnt enough, the bed was like concrete and we slept poorly. Its ashame because this could be a great property if managed correctly. I was promised a one night refund, which should have been more, and have not received it. I will have to notify VRBO for help and to notify them of this issue with hemlock hills cabin 23, bella vista. Also the rocking chait had exposed rusty nails on the seat that could harm anyone. Hot tub looks to be 20 years old and has an awful patch job on it. I recommend not stay at this cabin until new management occurs. I should have checked yelp, this co. Has bad rat
