Welcome to Ridge Top Retreat! This amazing three-story 8785 sqft, 12 bedroom cabin is located in the Hibernation Station Resort. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood this cabin is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, church groups, and weddings! Boasting mountain views, ample parking, upscale furnishings and amenities such as a private indoor pool you will surely find that Ridge Top Retreat is the luxurious Smoky Mountain getaway you’ve been searching for!

Main Level:
The main floor of the cabin has one bedroom, half bath in the hall, a spacious dining room, kitchen, and living room with picture windows!
Kick back on one of the 3 comfortable sofas and let the electric fireplace cast a relaxing glow or catch up on your favorite television show! Or perhaps enjoy a cold beverage in the enclosed wet bar, complete with a roll up deck door and a big screen TV perfect for catching up on the big game.
Gather the family in this beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, two of all major appliances, and seating for 28 at the two log dining tables and an additional 6 at the bar! It is furnished with all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal.
Enter into the bedroom located on this level and you will find a king-size bed, flat screen tv, and attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
Step outside to the deck and you will find an outdoor dining area with picnic tables, as well as a fire pit if you just want to relax and take in the incredible mountain view!

Upper Level:
Upstairs features 7 large bedrooms and a seating area!
The seating area offers a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations, as well as a poker table for your enjoyment, and washer and dryer for your convenience!
Five of the bedrooms on this level offer King size beds, futons for additional sleeping accommodations, flat-screen TVs and attached bathrooms with walk-in showers! The remaining two bedrooms offer two sets of Queen size bunk beds, as well as attached bathrooms with walk-in showers!

Lower Level:
Downstairs you will find the remaining 4 bedrooms, Game room, theater room, hot tub, and private indoor pool.
The Game Room features a pool table and a multicade arcade featuring 60 games! The huge theater will seat 15 easily! If this is not enough, step into your very own indoor pool!
Three of the four bedrooms supply King size beds, futons for additional sleeping accommodations, flat-screen TVs and attached bathrooms with walk-in showers. While the last bedroom offers a King size bed, futon, flat-screen TV, and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
You can also step outside and bubble all your worries away in the hot tub!

Beautiful, but needs work.

We had the worst time when it came to checking in. The property wasn't ready for an extra hr after the scheduled time. The communication with the office was good, but the trash didn't get picked up for 3 DAYS even after calling 10 times. The refrigerator and freezer wouldn't cool or make ice and we had to have the repair company come multiple times for different things. TV's not working, fridge/freezers, bathroom fixtures, pool door not locking, pool had electrical wires by the water, hot tub knobs broke, etc. The space and bedrooms were great and the beds were AMAZING!

Large beautiful kitchen but needs some large pots/kettles They pick up trash when you call. With 20+ people staying there they should just pick up trash every other day.

Very Misleading

House itself was beautiful and very accommodating for the size of our party. What I have issue with is the VRBO says and shows a gas firepit....Yep, but what it doesn't tell you is the gas line to said fire pit was capped off thus, FIRE PIT DOESN'T WORK. Next, the hot tub, should be renamed to the ALMOST LUKE WARM tub. Never got over 88' making it useless in January. The Pool, was not as their papers say cleaned prior to every use. Water was cloudy but you could at least see the items on the floor of the pool that seemed to have missed the "cleaning". Ceiling above pool leaks, this causes standing water on the rock floor portion of the pool. Home Theatre room should be labelled "Soundless Home Theatre Room" as the only sound you get is the PC speaker on the overhead projector....Seriously? Cleanliness, overall wasn't too bad other than the deck had remnants of burnt wood strewn about and also in the wood burning firepit (clearly there to replace the non-working gas firepit). Pair of Halloween boxers/briefs behind one of bedroom doors, makes one wonder if maybe the house wasn't cleaned since October? OK, now the positives, the bar room is spectacular as are the views. Easy to get to, far enough away from the business of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge but close enough for easy access. The rooms were all well decorated, comfortable beds, size and on suites. The enormous dining area was awesome for our large party of people and I assume in the warmer months the deck would also be well used. Would I stay here again? Only if the items mentioned above were fixed.

Great cabin

The cabin is new and well appointed. Enough on-site parking for 10 vehicles. Most of the bedrooms have king size beds which most of our people prefer. We will look to rent this property again in the future.

Perfect for our group of 30 people, lot of room for more people, well stocked with all essentials, will definitely rent again. Only drawback was the muddy water on the indoor pool deck.

Perfect spot for our family to land.

This property was great. It had everything we needed for 31 of us to stay comfortably! A few suggestions- communication could have been better when we put in work orders. The hot tub and fire pit were not in working order when we arrived. It took me calling each day to figure out if they were going to be fixed. Would have been nice if they communicated if/when it would get fixed. Hot tube was fixed but the fire pit never was. The check in documents said the pool would be serviced on our 4th day. This never happened and the pool was cloudy by the time we left. Pool design was horrible! The rough rocky flooring puddled and was always wet. Other than a few minor design flaws this house was exactly what we needed!

Great Cabin, great view, with Management Company that just falls short

I booked this cabin with the intent of using it as a weekend get away for friends and family and to host my small wedding. Overall, the cabin was great, and every guest had a great time there. Unfortunately, the management company is what made the overall stay good but not great. Cabin Review: - Every bedroom has an attached bathroom. There were some inconsistencies across the rooms/bathrooms like missing toilet roll holders, some rooms had full length mirrors and others didn't, some had trash cans, others didn't. - The view was amazing - Spacing to the cabin next door was decent but didn't feel overlooked - The bar was fantastic. The roll up door in the bar area made for great indoor/outdoor space. - The door from the dining area to the deck was broken in such a way you could not open the door no matter what you did, forcing you to walk through the bar area (and therefore the roll up door) any time you wanted to get to the deck. -The pool and hot tub were a nice feature, although there was way too much chlorine in the pool that then made a few of our guests cough and sneeze quite a bit. The Management Company - Know that they do not use VRBO for correspondence, you have to call or email them directly to get a response. - We booked this cabin through VRBO and once you book, you get an immediate email back from Timber Tops Cabin Rentals with a contract you must sign. Here's where the issues started: - VRBO stated for this cabin 100% refund for the first 60 days after booking. The contract they send you afterwards states, no refund at any point. - VRBO stated "parties/events allowed". The contract sent states "no parties, no exceptions". - VRBO stated check in was at 2pm. (it now matches the 4pm stated on the contract I got). We called asking if they could let us in earlier than 4, especially since VRBO said 2pm. They stated it may be possible and to call back if we were in town the day of check in and they would prioritize cleaning. We were in town and called, but they still let us in after 4pm. We'd been sitting outside the house for 20 mins, and no one was there. - We contacted the company for the address to the cabin early on to set up catering. They wouldn't give the address until I paid the full rental price, then after I paid, said I would get it 3 days before check in. One day after I paid, I got an automated email with the info.

Great outdoor space!

This house was a great space for our group that ranged from age 6 to age 78. There were 19 of us total and we all very comfortably enjoyed this house. The bedrooms are all spacious and each have an attached bathroom. There are 2 sets of washer and dryer and the house is new with high end finishing and touches. The kitchen is wide open to the living room and the outdoor bar/deck area is a fantastic space to hang out. The views are beautiful too! There is a small indoor pool and a media/theater area and there are tons of activities in the area. Some small negatives - the pool had way too much chlorine on day 1 and the kitchen lacks enough pots/pans/bakeware but there were plenty of plates, bowls, glasses and mugs. Lots of the remotes were missing batteries too. All said, we really enjoyed this week and would definitely stay again. It is a beautiful house!

Very nice property!

We had a great stay:) Clean house. Located in an area with homes similar in size all facing each other. It was a quiet area with a huge hill for walking.
