Welcome to Sevierville and The Great Smokey Mountains. Our little cabin is located in just the perfect spot to give you all the comfort you would expect in a mountain retreat. What's best of all is the absolutely most spectacular views you will enjoy from not one, but two balconies. When your ready for adventure most attractions in Pigeon Forge are roughly 20 minutes away.

Other things to note

• We provide a starter pack consisting of coffee, liquid hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, trash bags, dish soap and sponge. You may need to buy more items during your stay.

• Personal Toiletries - We start you off with sample size shampoo, conditioner and soap. Please plan accordingly.

• -CHILD SUPERVISION RQUIRED-
Cabin is not baby proofed. We do not provide accommodations such as crib, high chair, baby gate, pack & play, toys, etc., therefore ALL children must be supervised at all times. Many hazards exist in a cabin: Stairs, Railings & Falls over 6 feet, Bugs, Wildlife & more. Guest is responsible for child safety.

• In the event our hot tub has just been refilled the same day you check in, it likely won't be hot until the following day. They do take time to heat up. Please be patient.

• You will likely encounter critters and bugs. Keep in mind you are in a wooded area and although we maintain a monthly pest control service, inside and out, it is impossible to eliminate all bugs from the property.

• Please watch your step when navigating the stairs to the loft at night. There are two (2) switches, one is located at the bottom of the staircase and the other is upstairs on the wall next to the left side bedpost.


• Last 200 feet to our driveway is gravel and on a slight incline. Not suitable for trailers

• During winter months our area in the south may see periods of snow and ice. Check the forecast before your arrival and we strongly urge you to consider a 4WD vehicle or have chains or both just in case. While not mandatory please do your research as to what is available and encouraged by State & Local Authorities during inclement weather for this region.


Please be advised:

• Minimum age requirement to make a reservation: 25+ years of age (we do make exception for mature persons, please send us a note explaining your situation)

• Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 4. No exceptions

• No Parties of any kind

• Do not lean or hang or climb on the railings

• The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

• No late check-out or early check-in. Early arrival or late check-out will accrue a $50 charge every 30min

• No smoking inside the cabin, on patio, in the hot tub or decks. No smoking within 20' of the front of the cabin. If you smoke outside you are required to extinguish all butts and material in a fireproof container and take with you at checkout. You will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages

• Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave

• Respect our wonderful cleaners and avoid additional cleaning fees

• Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries

• We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters, power outages, floods or other things that are beyond our control

• Nightly rate does not include: Sales Tax, Lodging Tax, or Platform Booking Fees
