I let them know on arrival that the heater by door was not working. They replied “we have no one right now to check it, will contact you when someone is available “. We left on Wednesday heat still not fixed. Lady on evening shift at front desk very good, others not so much.

Rugs were stained, desk chair peeling, some sort of brown nasty substance on the handle in the shower, mold over the ceiling in the shower. All housekeeping did was empty trash pails, if there was paper on the floor by the pail, they left it. At one point our keys stopped working. Went to office and ang all o got was oh. Then he reprogrammed the keys. No explanation, no sorry for the inconvenience. Nothing.would NOT stay here again.

Room itself was decent, the beds were nice and the carpet was decent and not worn. Bath tub and shower was rough, needs to be updated/replaced. I did see 4 cockroaches in the room at night though. Not cool! I told the front desk and they said they would get exterminator out.
