Spacious & Well-Located, but Heating and Cleanliness Issues Need Attention
While there were some great aspects, a few significant drawbacks impacted my overall experience. Here’s my honest review:Pros Accommodating Host – The host was very friendly and helpful, gladly accepting my early check-in and providing useful recommendations, including nice local restaurants. Well-Equipped – The property had all the amenities listed, including a dishwasher and laundry machine, which made the stay more convenient. Spacious & Centrally Located – The apartment was large and very well-located, making it easy to explore the area.Cons Mold Issues – My biggest concern was the visible black mold on the walls in one of the bedroom and the shower room. This made it difficult to fully enjoy the property despite its size and central location. Heating Problems – There was only one splitter heater for the entire property, which was not enough to warm up the apartment, making it quite uncomfortable in colder weather.Final commentWhile this apartment has great potential due to its location, space, and a helpful host, the mold and inadequate heating were major downsides.

Perfect location in Seville
We arrived late at 11 pm and Miguel met us at the apartment. It was clean and appeared newly renovated in perfect condition. Miguel was very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The rooms and beds were as described and we took advantage of the rooftop deck and appreciated having a washer in the unit. We were perfectly located next to the cathedral and in the heart of Hiistoric Seville. We had a fantastic trip and would certainly recommend this 2-BR unit to all.
