Great property. Location was ideal for markets and fantastic tapas bars. We walked alot to see all the sights of Seville but Triana offers alot if you want to stay local in the Evening. View from the terrance over looking the river was great. Alot of activity on the river made for some entertainment while enjoying the sun. Highly recommend this apartment.
The Penthouse in Triana had a maintenence issue so we did not get to stay in it. We got an apartment on the ground floor. That apartment had a leak from the apartment above, so we could not use one of the bathrooms in our apartment. The staff was very nice though.
We made a last minute change to our travel plans and decided to head to Sevilla. We are so glad we did. Found this amazing studio apartment in Triana that overlooks the river. We enjoyed morning coffee and late evenings on the huge terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable allowing us to have a great nights rest after long days exploring. The location is located within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. The property managers are very responsive and check in was easy
The apartment was beautiful and exactly what we needed. The location is very near Puente de Triana and Torre de Sevilla. Walking to the Center is super fast and easy. Beautiful neighborhood. But TUE BEST PART is the terraza looking out over the Guadalquivir!! Breathtaking! Do not hesitate!! The best!
Check in was easy, an employee met me at the front door of the building, you just have to coordinate your arrival time. I was contacted on WhatsApp prior to my arrival requesting my estimated time of arrival.
It may be a studio but there is no shortage of storage. The place was nicely stocked with coffee, olive oil/vinegar and sugar/salt packets, garbage bags, laundry soap, cleaning products and everything youâd need in the kitchen (Tupperware containers, colander, serving bowls/plates, cutting board, lots of pots/pan choices, etc). The place I stayed before in Malaga didnât have anything (colander, cutting board, knives weâre dangerous dull, etc.) had to keep my left overs in the pan in the fridge because there was nothing to put it in.
The bed here was very comfortable, the down comforter was dreamy. Couch was also comfortable. TV can do Netflixs, Amazon Prime, etc., and lots of channels.
The view was great, it was fun watching all the kayakers and people going by on paddle boards and other boats. Beautiful sunrises! Easy to walk to all the major highlights in the city. Great dining and grocery shopping all within blocks. I think a taxi from any train station or airport is going to be much easier than public transit though.
The only thing I couldnât figure out was an odd smell that would come and go? I couldnât tell if it was from the river? It almost smelled propane-like though? Or even mold? There were air fresheners tucked all over the place so my guess is, this is an ongoing thing. Itâs not intolerable? Also, thereâs a washer and clothes pins but I didnât find a clothes line? Just draped clothes over the chairs on the patio.
All in all it was a great stay.
