Pajaritos Street is located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, the oldest area of Seville. It is a very quiet street, yet close to major tourist attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Alcázar, all within walking distance.

Poor detail spoils an otherwise OK property

The apartment block is noisy. You can either freeze with the aircon on or boil with it off -you can't have a happy medium. There was a leak from the washbasin onto the floor which we had to get mended by the agents. The toilet seat was cheap and not securely fixed so only a truly perpendicular helicopter descent avoided slipping around. The bathroom door sticks on the floor. And the Genteel homes representative arrived late to let us in on arrival despite several updates, by email before the journey, one in the taxi from the airport and one at the apartment block door.
