Very disappointing - left early - not recommended

When we arrived there was no one who spoke English. We were told there was a reduced parking rate but the man at the desk said no you pay the garage ($24/day). When we entered the elevator there was a sign that specifically said reduced parking rates. When we went to the garage to pay they sent us back up to the front desk to pay them and bring back a receipt. Very annoying but there was a reduced rate ($18). Rick hard bed was two twins together with separate bedding. Miserable sleep for both of us. Never have I had a bed this bad. Reviews spoke of the amazing included breakfast, it’s actually 18.90€ per person. We skipped that. No coffee in room. We asked how to get coffee since we weren’t getting the buffet. We were told at 10:30 the bar would open so we could buy coffee. We put the “no molestar” sign on the door (there is a separate sign for “please clean”). Came back to find the sign removed, room cleaned, all our stuff moved. Shower leaked. Asked for an iron late at night for the next morning. Housekeeping brought it quickly but were told we could only have it for one hour. So we had to call back for it in the AM. In AM again the hour rule. Final straw.....opened our door at midnight to find the largest cockroach we’ve ever seen (btw philly/NY cockroach times ten). We kicked it out and it scurried to the door across the hall. It was so big it got stuck trying to get under the other door! That was it.....we left two pre-paid days early.
