Really great location. 5 or 10 mins from all the major sights. The apartment is very comfortable and on a quiet side street but could be better equipped in the kitchen. If you aren’t planning on cooking it’s fantastic, if you cook a lot then keep the meals simple. The communication was exceptional and we were really happy with our 10+ day stay there

Great location, needs some TLC

The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen had everything we needed. When checking in, we waited outside at the curb 30 minutes for our host to meet us. There were many small flies in the apartment, which our host explained was due to the heat. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and some light fixtures need to be tightened. A little TLC, including pest control, would make a big difference.

Excellent location, excellent place

The apartment is perfectly located, walking distance from the cathedral, la giralda, el alcazar and eateries. It is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. The hosts were always available and responsive. The key to entrance of the building is a bit tricky so I recommend you practice opening it before you leave for the first time. The host will give you some practical advice about how to do it. Aside from that we spent two nights and three days in Sevilla (May 2023) and the place was really the cherry on top (we fit 5 family members comfortably, ages ranging from 21-84) Highly recommend!

Very good location

Quite good but we weee unable to get into the building on the first evening when we got back from dinner. I contacted manager and they said there was a knack to opening it. We had been trying for 30 minutes and no one had told us about this knack!! Luckily it wasn’t really late. Also water pressure in both showers was bad. Impossible to have a decent shower

Living in Central sevilla

The location was great offering easy walking access to the major sights and good restaurants. We enjoyed observing a wedding at a church just outside of our building and used the shower of stars thrown over the bride and groom to find our way back each day.

Easy walk to Cathedral and Alcazar. Used Uber to airport and train stations. Very clean. The double bed might need a mattress replacement. Kitchen and bathrooms had all the right stuff. All Spanish language TV. Some subtitles and dubbed. All in all

Great apartment

We loved our stay in Seville and the apartment added much to our confort and enjoyment. We were greeted in a timely fashion by our host who gave a very thorough description of the suite and all of its features. The apartment is very modern and has all of the comforts of home. Since Seville can be quite warm in the evenings we really appreciated the very efficient air conditioning system that we could adjust according to our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and the bathrooms and showers functioned very well. The location is on a quite street and conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was very clean and tastfully decorated with very good lighting throughout.
