This Penthouse has been designed and decorated with modern style but without losing the classic connotations typical from Seville, combining quality, comfort and style in this design apartment with more than 40 m2 of outdoor terraces.

The apartment itself is a duplex, where on the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 and built-in wardrobe and a bathroom in suite, a living room with a double sofa-bed, and with nice sitting area and modern integrated kitchen. Also on this same floor is one of the private terraces, furnished with garden furniture, and a toilet.

On the second floor there is a second bedroom with double bed 1.50 x 2.00 m, with a wardrobe, full bathroom en suite, and sitting area, and from which you can access to the second private terrace.

The apartment is located at Baños Street, where the old town of the city of Seville beggins. In the surroundings there are some of the most typical and authentic restaurants and bars in the city, where you will be able to enjoy the best tapas of Seville and the best dishes of Andalusian cuisine. In addition, it’s close to the shopping area, supermarkets, and bid malls.

All the important monuments of the city are just a few minutes walking from the apartment, so you won’t need transportation of any kind.
