Located on the 1ᵉʳ and top floor of a peaceful residence with private parking, the accommodation comprises:

Living room:
- A cosy, bright living room, opening onto a large bay window with lake views.
- A convivial dining area for 6 people
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)

Sleeping area
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200) that can be combined to form a large double bed
- Bathroom with double washbasin
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- 17 m² terrace with dining table and deckchairs, ideal for enjoying the view of the lake.

Additional facilities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available on request.

The flat is ideally located in a quiet area of Sevrier, just 6 minutes' walk from the lake and beach.
- Cycle path along the lake 2 minutes away.

Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 15 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.

- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
