Stoney Creek Lodge

Enjoy rural Alaska! The house is located on a quiet dead end road 6 miles outside of Seward. The house has two bedrooms, each with a private full bath. Spacious living area with high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, lots of counter space and much much more. The back porch has spectacular Mountain View’s. Enjoy the views while barbecuing on the propane grill. Experience a bonfire in the land of the midnight sun with the provided firewood.

Two couples: 6 night visit in June

The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee/tea etc. We enjoyed the fire pit. The deck would have been nice to eat on if weather had permitted. The small teddy bear was a nice touch. Check-in and check-out were easier than most with minimal requirements of cleaning the home before departure. We appreciated the printed material of things to do in the area. Loved that the moose and twin calves came to visit in the backyard! Location was an easy drive to town. Thanks much!

Wonderful place for a trip to Whittier.

4 adults stayed at this cabin for 2 nights. We went to there for a fishing trip. Which was fabulous. The location was perfect, the cabin clean and well stocked. We felt at home. Check in and communication was great. We didn’t get to enjoy many of the cabins amenities due to our short visit. Highly recommend staying here if you can.

We had so much fun and provisions were great! We cooked dinner over the fire at the fire pit and loved the views. A stairs in back would have helped a lot but we had a great vacation there.

Lovely quiet cabin

Our group of 4 enjoyed our cabin stay just north of Seward. The accommodations had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, the W/D was handy, and the deck provided the perfect viewing of eagles. For our group of 4 this cabin was a great place to relax & visit.

All the comforts of home while being surrounded by nature

We loved how we were surrounded by nature and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the kitchen, bathroom and laundry amenities. We sat on the front porch sipping coffee and watched snowshoe hare eating their breakfast greens. Sooo peaceful and beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay

Cosy and well equipped cabin surrounded by nature and close to Seward and the Exit Glacier. We saw bald eagles every day from the veranda. There's a spectacular creek out the back past the trees. Perfect place for a trip to Seward! Not mentioned on the listing but there is wifi too.
