Pros: -great affordable price -not far from PVG airport -shuttle is included for both the airport drop off and pick up as well as one Disneyland drop off and one Disneyland pick up per day. It’s very timely and clearly marked shuttle bus as well Cons: -front desk English is rudimentary at best -even if you put the “do not disturb” light on in your room, they’ll still come in and clean your room when you’re gone and knock until you wake up and answer the door if you’re inside and have locked the door. I didn’t like that, it felt like they were going to come in no matter what, even against my wishes -not very clean - hair was on surfaces, towels, and bedding -there’s a bright green light that blinks all night on the A/C machine (bring an eye mask)

This hotel offers airport shuttle, which was the primary reason I chose this one. Be aware that the airport shuttle only runs once an hour, 24 hrs a day. The location is further out and less convenient than I expected. My room looks clean, but the bedding has funny odor. It smells like the bedding wasn’t washed properly. Food in the restaurant wasn’t bad. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was fairly basic but clean and comfortable. We stayed there one night as we had an early flight. They offered a free shuttle to/from the Disney resort and the airport which was the reason we picked it. We had stayed two nights in the Disney resort then took their late evening shuttle to the hotel after the park closed. I don’t know what their facilities were like, including breakfast which was included, as we didn’t have time to avail ourselves of them. Our room was in the building across from the reception and the staff showed us the way and helped with our luggage without us asking. Compared to the price of staying at the Disney resort, this was incredible value. I would be more than happy to stay there again if I was planning to visit the parks on another trip as the shuttle made transport options very simple, both to the resort and the airport.

This is a good place for an overnight stay between flights. I have to say the food at dinner was first class.

Check in staff is pretty rude, and has very poor English for communication. Overall stay doesn’t worth the price, you can get much better experience in a cheaper hotel nearby.
