With each apartment retaining many elements of the original Victorian house including beautiful cast iron fireplaces, huge bay windows and traditional beams in the Garden flat all adding to the wonderful homely feel.

Providing a very good standard of comfort, each apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a short break to a longer stay.

We have a well -maintained garden area to relax in and a private car park.

Centrally positioned within easy walking distance of a wealth of amenities to include various restaurants, pubs, shops, a stunning sandy beach and seafront promenade. Ideal as a base for exploring the many beautiful walks along this dramatic coastline, with excellent public transport links available to allow easy access to the whole island.

For guests travelling by foot, the bus terminal, train station are within a couple of minutes walk from the apartments.

Ideal for a short getaway off season, or more relaxing summer long stay. To accommodate four persons, stairs leading to first floor; Lounge, Kitchen/ Diner. The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with bath, shower over bath, vanity unit and toilet. There are three stairs leading down to bedrooms; Main bedroom with double bed, Second bedroom with two single beds. Bedding and towels provided.

Wonderful Property in an excellent location.

Alexandria apartment is a great accommodation. Lots of room, lots of amenities, A perfect fit for our family of 4. Centrally located, parking out back, and close to the train, buses etc. A short walk to the beach, which is fabulous. The neighbourhood is quiet yet the High street is only a minute away. Thanks for a great stay!

very pleasant week

We stayed in the Alexandra apartment for a family holiday and enjoyed a very pleasant week. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped, and extremely comfortable. We could not fault it, it was very quiet so easy to relax and sleep well. The location was ideal for a short walk into town and for the beach. The perfect base for our holiday. It was a bonus we met both Roger and Rae on separate occasions and able to tell them how impressed we were.

quiet central location

Fernhurst Apartments are in a quiet central location only minutes from buses, train and large supermarket. Spotless, comfortable apartment (we stayed in Alexandra) with everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday and we especially appreciated that a rubber mat for the bath was available. Rae and Roger were very welcoming and happy to help in any way. Will definitely be back.

Best housekeeping staff

Fernhurst holiday apartments have the best housekeeping staff. The standard of hygiene and cleanliness is second to none, so you feel comfortable from the off. Beds and bedding are lush. The owners are very friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble. This is my second stay with them ive tried two different apartments and absolutely brilliant, also only a short walk to shanklin old village and town and beach there is bootiful, with smashing ice cream parlour!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach and the old village in no time at all. Would definitely stay here again. It was spotless too.
