The value you get for the price is great but you don’t get internet in the rooms; you get it only in the lobby. Also, there is no a/c in the lobby but you get it in your room. You do get free breakfast and staff is helpful. Overall the price is great.

We liked the friendly staff starting with Nader the receptionist, Restaurant staff Ayman for their amazing hospitality and trying their best though the hotel does not offer many services. To add more the security Mohammad and Tamer. From Rwstaurant Atif for good and friendly service. Ayman makes the best coffee. Unique is the swimming pool you can swim any time. But becareful because life guard available only in day time. Towels were clean and good We didnt like swimming pool no filter working. No beach for the hotel, we had to pay extra money to pay for the beach. Phone line didnt work. Room service is slow and they only show based on request.

أولا المكان جميل بس الخدمة سيئه جدا سوا من الريسبشن أو من الاصطف أولا الفطار سيء جدا وبيجيلك لحد الغرفة امر واقع يعني ولا شاي ولا ميه ولا عصير كُل اللي جاي وبس ولما الفندق اشتغل فتحو المطعم والأستاذ المحترم الآي في الرسيبشن مبلغش ان الفطار في المطعم بقوله ليه مبلغتنيش قالي ليه أنت مسالتش دا رد الاصطف بيزعق لبعضه قدامنا حمام السباحه زي البركه بالضبط ميه مش نضيفه جدارن الحمام مش نضيفه والحمام مش شغال مافيش بار شغال التكييف شغال ٢٤ ساعده ومفيش ريموت من الأخر مينفعش حد يسكن فيه

No wifi in the rooms, they ask for money to use wifi on the reception even though it was mentioned that there is free wifi in the rooms and reception, too many mosquitoes in room!! No breakfast buffet as mentioned on the website. The receptionist refused to give receipt when i paid for an extra day. This hotel is a total rip off! Swimming pool doesn't work. Staff is very rude!

Good for the price

This hotel is like any motel. It's good for the lowest price in Sharm. It's kind of far from the main road in Sharm where the servis passes. But you can get taxis easily in front of the hotel. I stayed in the middle of summer, so I had trouble sleeping with the loud music from the bar during day and night, other guests running around in the property till late at night, people using the swimming pool from 5am. However, they were nice to turn down the music when I asked. The room is generally clean and the staff are nice. If you stay for many days, check if your sheets and towels are changed. Sometimes they don't change unless you specifically ask them to. The breakfast is minimal and the food wasn't fresh so I didn't take it after the first day. It may be because there were not many guests when I checked in.

Absolutely bad

I got a room with smell of coloring on the wall and whole room. I think they colored the room just a few hours before my arriving. It was horrible smell. Then I asked them too change my room. They did it but there was also smelling of coloring. I tried to open the door and window to get fresh air but unfortunately out of room was more horrible. Smelling of a dead animal or something like that. The bathroom was absolutely not clean and everything was very very old. Then in the middle of night I heard some horrible sound from toilet. The covering of lamp dropped on the floor because it was very old. It was really bad experience to be in this hotel. I never recommend it !

Voglio il rimborso perché mi hanno rovinato la vac

In htl non trovavano la prenotazione sono rimasto 4 ore ad aspettare è poi è arrivato il gm è gli ha detto di dargli la camera.mai sono passati a fare le pulizie.neanche la cartigenica. Le camere puzzavano di spray per scarafaggi.
