Hotel was clean, and worked for what we needed, a room for the night. It offered breakfast, it was limited but enough to get you started. If you are looking for a pool or activities this would not be for you, but a restful place, this is what you need.

Daughter found ants in the bathroom. The breakfast was extremely limited and not very good. Wife found the orange juice undrinkable from taste. Other than a friendly clerk on check in nothing to recommend

Property is not maintained well. Bag of trash at top of stairwell and mattresses leaning in the hallway. Gross carpet and chips under our mattress. Avoid!

Staff was very nice and had eat places close by. Room was very old and need fixed. It made it look diry but it really wasn't because it needs fixed or up dated. It was advertised it was updated but room we was in wasn't.

Inexpensive but quite comfortable

I was given a room on the second floor. I would have preferred firat as i have a bad knee and there is no elevator; however, the room was quite comfortable. The bed was great!! I slept fantastic. Even with its close proximity to the highway, i really didnt hear the noise and the rest of the property was quiet also. It does look a little run down and the carpet was dingy but overall it was cery clean. For the price i was overall happy.

This is our favorite “home away from home” when traveling to the Manitowoc area. The staff is always friendly & accommodating and this is especially important to us as a dog family. For an extra pet fee our dogs are always welcome to join us and there is plenty of grass area and waste receptacles around the building grounds for quick & easy cleanup. They offer a continental breakfast and their entry way, breakfast & lounge area is always so festive & welcoming. The price is right, the place offers all you need & the plus is you can walk to a handful of restaurants offering different dining options or even the movie theater!

Mold in bathroom up by ceiling. Ac/heat unit full of dirt on vents!! Broken window, taped up!! Carpets need replacing- worn and dirty 😳 Dirty behind nightstand and clock not even plugged in. Went to plug in and cord caked in dirt!! No towel service for 2 days—had to go to desk and get some.
