We stayed as we were going to The Arena for a concert and it was perfect, a 2 minute walk across the Car Park.The room was very basic, small and strangely laid out but it was perfectfor our needs. , The main bed was incredibly comfortable, the additional bed goes over the top of the main , we did not use it , the ladder did let the room down though ( it was not a problem for us but others may complain) paint peeling all off . Staff were lovely , helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was continental, Meats and cheeses , good selection of other things. There was a guest who inquired about Gluten free products but none were available so thats something to bear in mind. We would go back , not 5 star in the respect of a 5 star hotel but for the money it definitely a 5 form us. Thank you.

The hotel location if you are attending an event at the utliity area is unbeatable, the staff where efficient and kind and the room was quiet. However, the hotel facilities are not only basic but everything looks tired and the floors on the corridors and bedrrom could be cleaner, the matress is thin and the pillows hard. All in all, ok for a night after a concert but do not expect great comforts!

Dirty and Cell-like rooms

The hotel was functions as it is a budget hotel. The rooms were dirty, very basic and tired. They seemed more like a cell rather than a room.

I didnt quite realise how basic it would be, didnt even have a kettle in the room. The breakfast is cold only, and the rooms only really have a bed, tv and bathroom facilities.

U need to bring your own kettle and hairdryer coz the utility is so limited. Although there are many restaurants nearby in walkable distance, the transportation is average. Buses were delayed. Also the room is a bit small, definitely not enough space for 3 people in a triple room.

Not comfortable. Dont go if you need a good rest

Rooms wayyyy too hot. Air cooling machine (there is no air condiitoning) was not working so i had to keep my window open overnight. However window barely opens. Furthermore, hotel is right next to a truck depot or factory or something, so very noisy overnight. Barely got any sleep.
