The place itself was good, clean and well equipped. Appreciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and selection at breakfast. Good location. It was quite an effort to arrange parking, could never get through on the phone. There was a fire alarm in the evening and staff in the bar just ignored it, no one came to instruct customers and we all walked down to reception ourselves. There were 4 staff round the fire alarm and a crowded reception with no one guiding customers to an assembly point. Luckily a false alarm but the response was so disorganised and staff didn't know what to do. General service, interest and welcome could be improved the staff the day we were leaving were much more engaged and attentive.

The whole hotel experience was wonderful! Just need to be specific with regards to vegan 🌱 options on the menu! Table napkins definitely need upgrading for a 4 star restaurant

I took my wife here for her birthday weekend, and she loved it. We received a complimentary upgrade to a really nice room, and the birthday package with room décor made it extra special. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay

The room was spotless and just enough room for family of 3. The bathroom was our favorite. The clean tub and the rain shower were really a great addition. The salt for the bath was also such a great touch. The security of the hotel being in the city center was well thought of. The location is smack in the city center and was so convenient to go around the city. I would check-in here again. ♥️

Room was ok. No robe or slippers which I would say in another room is fairly standard. No Atmosphere in reception. One of the receptionist was excellent a couple of them Including one I spoke to on the phone really didn’t have a clue about how to answer questions, I have suggested to another receptionist a couple of them needed training. Probably wouldn’t opt to stay at a Radisson Blu again
