The hotel was in a good area, and close to good restaurants. The 12:00 checkout meant we didn’t have to rush and there was an amazing free breakfast.

Was not pleased we couldn’t check into our room until 4:25. Check in time is 3. This made us 15 minutes late for receiving of friends for our loved one. We were immediate family. Very poor service trying to get a room ready for us. Was told they were full and no clean rooms. For 1 hour and 25 minutes??? Not Acceptable!
