Staffs were great and friendly and location was great. Cleaning staff did a great job at keeping everything spotless during our entire stay. Lots of shopping and dining options.

The room was large (Junior suite) It is centrally located and 10 minutes from the train station. Breakfast was not as good as the Sheraton Hotel we stayed 4 nights previously in Shantou. However it is still excellent. We did not have time to use the indoor swimming pool because there are so much to see and to explore in this big City of 17 million. Staff are helpful but lack of English speaking skill.

We booked two king bed standard rooms which were upgraded by a single tier. The new King bed suites were eally spacious. The staff provided good service too.
