The hotel is no where near as nice as the pictures. Really needs an update. First night I checked in there were used condoms left in the bathroom.

A clean, well run city and friendly people too...

I and my GF were very happy with our stay @ this hotel...reasonably priced, clean and a helpful staff. I would recommend to any staying this area of China and/or Shenzhen.

Good value in Futian

Clean, though a little dated. Small rooms, typical hard bed, but generally nicely furnished. Convenient location (not too busy) and about 400m from Shixia Metro stop, which makes getting elsewhere easy. Very good value for money

Hotels.com으로 예약하고 호텔에 도착해서 체크인 하는데. 호텔과 Hotels.com과 연개가 잘 되지 않아서 그런지 예약 사항이 없다고 함. 한 참만에 예약을 확인 하고 객실키를 받아 방으로 들어가니 왠 흡연실? 나는 비흡연실을 신청했는데...더 황당한 것은 호텔예약에 조식이 포함되지 않았으니 조식표를 반납하란다. 예약할때 조식관련해서 아무 내용이 없어 포함되어 있는지 알았는데. 순간 당황했다. 이런 부분을 제외하고는 그런데로 지낼만 한 것 같음

상업지역과 주거지역 경계지역에 위치하여 주변 환경은 조용하고 쾌적함 오래된 호텔이나 관리는 잘 되어 있음. 잠자리는 깔끔한 편이고 비즈니스 목적으로 이용하기에는 괜찮아 보임

교통편리

객실은 혼자 쓰기엔 무리없었으며 욕조바닥이 깨져 있었는데 수리요청이나 객실변경신청은 하지 않고 썼어요. 직원들은 친절하긴 했으나 영어소통이 안되어 조금 답답함이 있다는 점. 근처 지하철이 있어 편했지만 처음에 어디에 있는지 의사소통이 안되어 찾기 힘들었음. 그리고 핸드아웃용 지도를 달라고 했는데 정말 큰 지도를 보여주더군요^^ 한국인에 대한 호감을 가지고 있는 것은 다행이었구요. 객실에서는 wifi가 안되어 로비에 내려와서 이메일확인하는 번거러움이있었으나 대체로 가격대비 만족스런 호텔이었읍니다.
