Very comfortable stay, lovely staff

Arrived very late on my own and phoned ahead to advise. The man on duty was so kind and waited for me to arrive. He had my room key all ready and made check in very smooth. Room was very clean and comfortable. Shower was lovely and hot that night but cold in the morning for some reason.

Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Room was an upgrade which was spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette, laundry facilities and quiet. Easy off street parking included is a bonus. Close to shopping and eateries, with a very short walk to the lake and aquatic centre.

Great stay at the Quest Shepparton

We had an amazing stay and will be definitely staying there again. The room was big and clean for such a reasonable price. The view was nice of the mural across the street, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The reception service on arrival and during was 10 stars and very friendly. Thank you so much for making our stay the greatest even if it was for a short while.
