Visiting twice on a round trip through Bossier City.
Not pleased with condition of room or the fact that the breakfast service was not available. T.V. Didn’t work either night. Bulbs missing from several lights, poorly cleaned with last guest potato chips near night stand..Will Not recommend.
Staff was fine but the rooms are poorly appointed (missing light bulbs, T.V. Issues, generally unkempt.
Breakfast unavailable. Ice machines that work are sparse..). Will definitely Not recommend.
The place is terrible, smells like moisture and weed inside the room, the bathroom is dirty, the bed sheets are smelly and not clean, we did not stay, we looked for another hotel and had to pay $200 because it was 1030pm. We went to the front desk and asked them to reimburse because we would not stay, the person laugh and say there's no way.
The lady that checked us was great. We went down for breakfast, dirty counters no spoons, forks, the milk sat on the counter warm. We asked the clerk for a spoon he rudely replied we don’t have any and went back to a room behind the counter
This hotel should be shut down in the health department needs to inspect it. There’s roaches, spiders and bedbugs, and they are not changing the sheets and my son got bit. We change rooms twice. I will never stay at any of the properties and I would never recommend it to anyone
I took pics & a video of everything wrong with our room and my sis n law’s room. Bathtub is dingy & there is mold. Furniture is damaged, dirty spots on the floor like it hasn’t been mopped, mattress is old, light bulbs missing in 3 lamps, coffee maker in room missing parts so couldn’t make coffee, in sis in law’s room the fire alarm broken. The man that checked us in not hospitable at all. We will never return to this hotel. I have a video but I am unable to send.
Management definitely doesnt care about this place
When we arrived were were given room 247. Upon entering the floor just inside was covered in water and wet towel was stuffed under the ac unit. Two of the lamps didnt work and when checking the bathroom it was not clean and there was blood in the sink. We returned to the front desk explained and showed them pictures. I fully understand it was not the front desk clerks fault and was very respectful when informing her and asking for a different room. We were then given keys to room 221. After walking to the opposite end of the hotel we discovered that neither key worked. Back to the front desk and again not her fault and the front desk clerk was apologizing and gave us room 226. When we got the to room it was very worn, with towel racks broken and missing, smoke detector was missing, knob on shower was cracked, and the latch for the swing bolt on the door was missing screws and was barley attached to the door. We had been at this almost an hour and were dead tired from traveling so we decided just to accept what we were dealt and went to sleep. We got up at 6am and departed as quickly as we could no shower just wanted as far away as we could get. The entire hotel is in bad despair on the outside with many of the steps leading to second floors cracked and pieces of concrete missing. This was definitely the worst hotel experience my family has ever had.
Extremely dirty, ants, feces/blood on our bathroom walls, smells bad, ramen noodles in the microwave, old coffee in our coffee maker, poor customer service, WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD!!!
The room was very nasty the toilet didn’t work and the room we where moved to the next day, the tub was clogged… it was over all a very nasty and unpleasant experience
I need a refund from this reservation, stayed about thirty minutes of the stay due yo roaches big and small, hairdryer not there, dirty dirty dirty, called manager this morning and he hung ip on me, had to rent another room at the Hilton because i could not stay thete
Terrible experience. Booked on hotels.com and when I arrived, they didn’t have a room available. Took me over 3 hours to get my refund and I don’t even know if my refund was actually approved
In all honesty you get what you pay for. The rooms weren’t bad but very outdated. Some of the lamps did not work, they were broken. The main light in the room did not work also. We used the light from the bathroom.
Strong tobacco smell in rooms. Bad area, people seemed to be smoking recreational drugs outside the property. Door lock not working on reserved room. I am still waiting on my refund for the 5 nights.
