The room walls where very thin! Breakfast one day was biscuits and gravy no protein and the next it was only cereal and toast on New Year day no less! It was supposed to be a non-smoking facility yet the smell of marijuana was overwhelming!

I checked into the hotel by the front desk when I subbed in Shreveport at around 10pm, went to my room, left the hotel to find somewhere else to stay. The building looks abandoned at first glance, most of the lights are off and there are like 4 cars in the parking lot on this humongous property. The halls smell like urine and beer. The air in the room felt wet. Everything smelled like mildew. I dropped my bags in the room and went to get my dog from the car. I took my dog out of the car to bring her in and immediately her hair stood on end and she was growling. She barked at a patron who was standing by the side entrance door and staring at us, and she never barks. I knew I had to get out of there immediately, I left my stuff in the locked room and I came back the next day during daylight hours to check out. I took the loss for the first night, it was money well spent to be safe.

They allow slip payment on cards also the check-in was Every smoothly NO DEPOSIT… I was able to ask for a late check out … n the lady said til 12 was fine check out was actually at 11 … no breakfast like in the pictures that was shown it was literally orange juice water coffee donuts bagels bread yogurt n cereal in other words GRAB AND GOs. Room 8103 room was not at the temp that it was showing on the thermal stat … now room 8105 where my friend was at hers was literally freezing like mines should have been but she hit the heater on and it was stil cold in her room … which was strange cuz we wass testing the termal stat in mines to c if it was actually working in room 8103 n put it on 69 n it was stil warm in there but not in my friend room n she had the heater on in 8105 it was just crazy ….. room was clean had enugh everything it came with a microwave refrigerator had extra charger ports USB/typeC in the room also body mirror and a full mirror in the bathroom with plenty of counter space. Coffee machine, inside room, 8103 did not work. They have a box fan at the front desk to use for ur room at request if need.

Good breakfast. The rooms are extremely dated. The A/C sounds like a loud machine that overpowers the tv. Bathrooms are extremely dated and the faucets and hardware are all filthy. Do not walk around in socks in the room. Your socks will become black with filth. The public areas in the hotel are the only nice part. There is no signs and we drove around at 11pm trying to locate entrance. Will not stay again.
