Bathroom light did not work, had to take shower in dark. Did not have enough towels available, said they forgot to put in dryer and were not dry yet. We needed extra bedding and pillow, they did not have any available either. Asked to speak to manager, never returned my call, left message again for manager when leaving and never received a call. Dissapointing

The best part about the stay was the staff. They are great and good to talk to. Very nice. However the hotel was not that clean there were dead bugs in a few areas like the gym... corners of rooms. There was left over food in the refrigerator of our room so it was clear that they did not clean out the refrigerator. Overall it could’ve just been cleaner. One of the elevators did not work so that was a bit inconvenient once everyone was trying to get back to their rooms. The hallways were not well ventilated so there was odor at times in the hall ways and they were also very warm. The stay was fine however all of these things could have contributed to a better stay.
