Sidmouth apartment perfect for beach and town

Location, location, location! Seatime holiday apartment is a recently refurbished and well equipped studio apartment in a perfect location right in the very heart of Sidmouth, just a minute or two's walk from both the town centre and the beach.

The apartment offers a home from home and has everything you could wish for a comfortable stay including a bedroom area with double bed, lounge area with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with modern cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and a spacious bathroom with bath and over heasd shower. There's even light weight deckchairs to take on the short stroll to the beach! The apartment is perfect for two but could sleep 4 with the sofa bed. A free parking space is a real bonus so close to the town centre too.

Seatime is a studio first floor apartment in a small block of 4, accessible up a flight of stairs and accessed through a communal entrance hall. There is a communcal patio area outside the main entrance with seating where quests can enjoy a sit in the sun.

Sidmouth is a charming Regency seaside town, offering beautiful gardens, dramatic cliffs, clean beaches and interesting independent shops. It's well worth a visit and we want to ensure our guests have a lovely stay so we have added the little touches that will make Seatime feel like a special place to spend some time.

Lovely apartment

The property very good close to the Triangle where you can get the bus to local areas like Beer a lovely little seaside village 40 minutes away or the Donkey sanctuary 15 minutes away, a simple thing like a tea towel would have been welcome, and I think the settee could do with replacing as it was very uncomfortable I sat on the chair to watch TV, but I have to say other than that this apartment as everything a couple needs it's very clean and a lovely little apartment and it's in an excellent position just round the corner to the beach and town centre and Sidmouth is a lovely seaside resort

great location,2 minutes and you are on the beach, nicely put together bedsit, clean, tidy, perfect for two fit people ...access only by steps. Run down block but don't be put off by that. Car parking an issue as the Manor Road car park is a good 10 minutes walk up a hill. Good that you can 'drop off' but don't expect outside the property parking. Tennis, Bowles, swimming, mini golf passes are available for £30 for the lot for a week from the hut on the mini golf lawn ...all easy walk from flat.

Relaxing Break

The property is really nice, it is clean and bright with all that you need to be self sufficient, including washing up liquid, dishcloths, soap etc. which I did not expect. Parking and bus stop very close and just minutes away from the beach and town. Overall a very enjoyable few days, Sidmouth is lovely, will certainly be going again.

A very comfortable base

Very good facility, strategic location - close to centre and most tourist venues in the town. Good set of cutlery and dishes. Nice touches: hanging posters.. double mattress a little too soft.. no lids for the pans in kitchen.. good sofa bed, refreshing easy-to- work shower . A great little place to base
