The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was sensational and got to try lots of new things! We also used the laundry service and they did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend this hotel to my friends!

Great staff and great rooms

The hotel is very beautiful, it's in a very convenient location: you can walk to pub street and town, the pool is great, the rooms are very spacious and well refined and all the staff (Niroth, Theary and Lisa in particular) are very attentive, welcoming and helpful. They remembered me when I came back and decorated the room to welcome me! They even presented me with a small gift. The best place to stay in Siem Reap, no doubt. I would come back in a heartbeat. V.

I have never stayed in such a remarkable hotel in my lifetime. As my first time visiting Cambodia, I must say , I was apprehensive at first. However, this hotel and the staff had made me feel very comfortable. It is a beautiful hotel, with extra services including Spa,Gym and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the rooms are very large and spacious with daily cleaning services towards the room. All staff within this hotel have always been very respectful, kind, friendly and welcoming towards not only the guests but also towards others within the building. Manager Judy who has been an absolute delight, guided us through the hotel with a warm smile. She has been an excellent manager , constantly checking up on me and my family. I am very thankful to have met such amazing people within this wonderful hotel. Thank you so much Manager Judy and staff for the wonderful service you have provided and I will 100% recommend this exceptional hotel to anyone reading this as of now . Really great two night stay here while visiting Angkor Wat. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful, and we enjoyed the pool, massage spa, and breakfast. The family suite was perfect for our family of three. The hotel is situated a short tuk tuk ride ($2 each way) from Old Town and the night market; we enjoyed a quieter stay in this area and found plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby (Made in Cambodia market was an easy walk and very pleasant trip). The hotel staff also offered takeaway breakfast for us on a day with an early trip planned! Top tier service—highly recommend!
