We didn’t not have the key from the condo in the security box and ended up waiting hour and half for someone to come and give us a key. We had to call the agent when maintenance guys tried to enter our condo with out notice. There was no emergency just their routine fire management. In both cases the agents informed us that they represent the owners and will try to help us but we should be understanding. I made several calls until the issues were resolved. Very bad management! I feel my vacation was destroyed and my money waisted.
