Beautiful home!

The Palmer Guest Home was ideal for our family with 3 young adults. It’s even has a room for my mom with her own bathroom and minimal stairs. The neighborhood is quiet and 5 minutes walk to beach.

Great house for a family vacation!

We stayed here for 2 weeks for a family vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. There are 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and a 4th bedroom (also a second master bedroom) on the other side of the house which was great for visiting grandparents. The kitchen is large with lots of seating at the bar, a small table near the patio, and a larger table by the front door. The pool is small but it was nice to use when the kids didn’t want to go to the beach. The beach is a 10 minute walk away which is a little far with small kids and beach gear, but we made it work by using the beach cart wagon. The main street in Siesta Key is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. We really enjoyed our vacation here and would definitely recommend it and come back again!

Great House close to the beach.

This house was better in person than in the online photos in our opinion. Great space, and it was extremely clean upon check in. Easy walk to the village and the beach, and our kids loved the splash pool, it was the perfect size for them. The only criticism I would offer (very minor criticism or feedback), is the beach chairs could use replacing. There are some bag chairs, but some lower sitting beach chairs would be nice, as the lower sitting ones in the garage are pretty old. The other issue we had is the microwave stopped working while we were there, and no one ever came to fix it. I'm sure this was due to the availability to find someone to repair it, as the property manager did respond promptly and attempt to find someone to fix it. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again, it was a very nice house!

All-round fantastic place

What an absolutely brilliant place! The house was exactly what we were looking for - very comfortable, tastefully decorated throughout and had everything we could have needed. As for the location, it was perfect! Minutes walk from both the stunning beach and the lovely and friendly main street. We would highly recommend both Siesta Key and this property to anyone.

Stayed here for 4 weeks. Had an incredible time. House is great. Ten minute walk to beach. Fifteen minute walk to the Village. Management was excellent. Any problems were taken care of the same day.

Great house in a great location

The house was spacious and clean. We had 8 in our party and had plenty of room. Location was a short walk to the beach. The house is on the canal so bring your kayak or paddle board. We rented a golf cart for the week and had plenty of room for it on the driveway. Had a great time

Large home with a perfect location

The home was much roomier than the pictures depict. A very nice and well kept home a short walk from the beach and Siesta Village. The beach carts and chairs provided made trips to the beach with our 5 kids a joy.

Great property!

We stayed at the Palmer house for two weeks over Christmas break and we couldn’t ask for a better property! The location is walking distance to beach (less then 10min) town and stores (15-20min). It was perfect for the kids and adults. House was clean, ready for our arrival. Check in was easy and property manager was very responsive. House is bigger then it looks online! Wonderful stay! Beautiful home, perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Palmer House. The interior has a brand new feel to it and the Palmers have the house equipped with everything you need. Very spacious inside with beautiful wood floors and fantastic kitchen. Bedrooms are sunny and bright with large closets as a bonus! The neighborhood is lovely to walk around and it's a short walk to the beach or to the village. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We would like to stay again in the future!

Perfect for our celebration.

We selected this property for the second part of our daughters honeymoon which was to be a family holiday having stayed at Siesta Key before. The house did not disappoint us. The house is in a lovely quiet location and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to Siesta Key village. We loved the house which we found furnished beautifully well equipped and clean. The pool thou small we found lovely to relax in late in the day. It was nice to sit on the dock first thing in the morning drinking a coffee watching the wildlife (we saw a manatee on our first morning) or in the evening, very peaceful. We found the owners very helpful to our questions plus the process of hiring the house. We intend to visit Beautiful Siesta Key again and if we needed a house for our party size we would select this house again. Steve and Anne Glastonbury UK.

Great vacation property!

We had a great vacation at the Palmer House. The location was perfect -- an easy 5-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the village. The house itself was beautiful with high end furnishings throughout. Can't think of anything I'd change (except the beach umbrella, which should be replaced). Would definitely recommend this property for a large family group or several couples. A truly beautiful home!

Fabulous home in a great location!

This lovely home was a wonderful place for our family and friends to vacation. I can't say enough about how responsive the property manager and owners were to our questions and small concerns. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. I loved having an office to work in. The property was very well maintained, and quite spacious. And the location! Walking distance to both the beach and Siesta Village. The back yard was charming and peaceful. If we ever vacation in this area again, I would be very happy to rent this home. I highly recommend it.
