Located on the 5th floor of the Tower Building, this privately owned condo combines comfort and convenience with a spacious open layout, updated furnishings, and everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples trip, or extended beach stay, this beachfront retreat provides the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Florida’s Gulf Coast.

KITCHEN AND LIVING SPACE

The condo features a bright open living space designed for comfort and relaxation after a day at the beach. Guests can enjoy a large 70” TV, comfortable seating, and an inviting atmosphere for gathering with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and entertaining, complete with a dining table for six and a dedicated coffee station stocked to kickstart your mornings right. The kitchen is fully furnished with cookware, dishes, and essentials for both short and extended stays.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

This condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, dual vanities, a private toilet room, walk-in closet, and a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds, a dresser, TV, and a large walk-in closet. A full bathroom with vanity, sink, and tub/shower combination is located just outside the second bedroom. Fresh linens, bath towels, and starter toiletries are provided for guest convenience.

AMMENETIES

Guests will find a dedicated beach closet near the entry stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, making it easy to enjoy long days on Siesta Key Beach. The condo also includes six plush beach and pool towels for guest use.

Laundry facilities are conveniently located just across the hall and are operated via a prepaid card available through the onsite office.

We had a fabulous time. So excited that all the amenities such as the soaps, kleenex, towels, beach towells, was all there and ready. When traveling on an airplane, you just cannnot take the wagon, cooler, etc. Thanks so much Our beds were so comfortable. clean house and easy beach access. Great living room space for dancing etc.

Fantastic stay! We arrived and the check in process was seamless, location is the best. There were fresh cut flowers on the table when we arrived. My wife loved the condo, and talked about the flowers the entire stay. It was a perfect Labor Day weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Island Time! Host was awesome and made us feel extremely welcomed. Private beach was beautiful and we were grateful how quick it was to get to the beach because we had to dodge thunder showers during our stay! The resort was a little further from the downtown area than what we expected, but there was a great place to rent beach bikes for the week that was super affordable just down the street from the resort. Highly recommend this rental unit!
