Modern poolside studio/efficiency unit located on our beautifully landscaped property. This unit is located right next to Pool #2! The appliances and furniture have been updated along with granite countertop. Beautiful leather sleeper sofa and 50" flat screen TV and DVD player. With the Murphy bed and sleeper sofa, two people who rent can have their own bed! Walk to the beach with coffee and enjoy any of the 3 heated pools on the grounds along with our lighted shuffleboard courts. Note: This unit is a 1 to 2 person rental. This unit has a 7 night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy, but can be booked for less to fill gaps. We will do our best to accommodate any request.
