Thank you for your interest in Midnight Cove #714, a 2BR-1 1/2BA, 860 sq. ft., 1st floor, bayside beach vacation condominium, with screened lanai view of the boat docks, and lagoon, located in Siesta Key, FL, with the central location of the Midnight Cove gulfside and bayside properties offering many area conveniences within a few minutes walking distance, such as 8 steak and seafood houses and a full service grocery store, Crescent Beach Market with a deli counter offering both hot and cold foods, a 7-Eleven convenience store also offering both hot and cold foods and open 24 hours a day, a Pizza N’ Brew restaurant down the street, a nearby drug store and post office, courier service, stores, shops, boutiques, salons, liquor store, fine restaurants and entertainment, even a marina and various beach rental businesses and services, offering boat, kayak, paddle boards, fishing tackle, live bait, para-sailing, jet-skis, bikes, and scooter rentals, boat tours, fishing charters, and baby equipment rentals, all within 5 minute walk from Midnight Cove, therefore the rental of a vehicle not being an absolute necessity, and the central location also offering easy access onto and off of Siesta Key. The Midnight Cove #714 living room opens through 16 foot glass doors onto an open lanai with a view of the Boat Docks, and a Lagoon, that goes out to the Intra-Coastal Waterway. Guests have complete access to all Midnight Cove property amenities, bayside and gulf side, including 2 heated pools with restrooms, outdoor showers, 2 tennis courts (night play on bayside), boat dock boardwalk, clubhouse, and a private beach area, complete with lounges, chairs, and umbrellas. The property has paver brick entrance driveways, with reserved covered parking for your vehicle, and picnic areas with gas barbecues available by building #5 and #9. Beach access is through Midnight Cove gulf side, just a 7 minute walk across the road to a private piece of the crystal sands of Crescent Beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas are complimentary, and may not be reserved by guests. Each unit may have up to four (4) chairs and one (1) umbrella on a first come, first serve basis. Complimentary Midnight Cove WiFi is available in the bayside clubhouse, and bayside and gulfside pool areas. A complimentary computer c/w printer is also available in the clubhouse Mon to Fri from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM & Sat/Sun from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with the exception of holidays.

WiFi Access:
Complimentary WiFi connection is available in the gulfside and bayside pool areas and the bayside clubhouse.

Xfinity WiFi Pass:
An Xfinty WiFi Pass is available on-line (xfinitywifi) for $20 for 1 device for 30 days use in USA.

Cancellation Policy (non-negotiable):
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.

Acts of Nature Policy (non-negotiable):
In the event of severe weather conditions (hurricanes, tropical storms, and tornados), red tide or similar poor water conditions, or any other acts of nature, COMPENSATION OR RESCHEDULING OF RENTAL ARE NOT OFFERED.
Under Florida law, establishments are not required to issue refunds for prepaid reservations unless rental cancellation terms state otherwise.

Severe Weather Conditions (Hurricanes, Tropical Storms & Tornados) & Mandatory Evacuations:
In the event that the unit becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to naturally occurring events or entities, such as severe weather conditions (hurricanes, tropical storms, and tornados), and mandatory evacuations, COMPENSATION OR RESCHEDULING OF RENTAL ARE NOT OFFERED to non-arrivals or for early departures.
Any deposits and pre-paid rent will not be refundable, so it is highly recommended that travel/trip cancellation insurance is purchased to cover financial losses from cancellations.
Officially the Atlantic Hurricane season is June 1 to November 30th. However, the most probable time for hurricanes is from mid-September to mid-October.

Red Tide or Similar Poor Water Conditions:
In the event that during your stay there is an occurrence of red tide, or red tide is present upon arrival, COMPENSATION OR RESCHEDULING OF RENTAL ARE NOT OFFERED to non-arrivals or for early departures.
No compensation or rescheduling of rental are offered for the inconvenience of red tide or similar poor water conditions on Crescent Beach in Siesta Key, or the surrounding areas.

Travel Insurance (recommended):
We strongly advise and encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for protection in case they have to cancel their reservation due to an impending storm, hurricane warning, mandatory evacuation, or other unforeseen and unexpected events, as our cancellation policy is non-negotiable.

Siesta key stay

The condo overall was good . It was clean and the AC worked great. There were plenty of towels . The only thing I can say for us is the bed was very uncomfortable. I tried one of the twins and it was worse. Neither one of us got a good nights sleep. It would be nice to have a more comfortable bed with nicer bedding

Siesta Getaway 2025

Midnight Cove is a beautiful property. It is well located. Beach access is easy, pool and clubhouse are nice. Workout room a plus! Communication with property owner was prompt and thorough. Pickleball courts were impossible to schedule because someone signed up for the whole week. Unit is situated with a view of canal from the screened lanai. Unfortunately, it was too cool to sit out in the early part of the day. I was in real estate for 12 years and the key box was one of the most difficult to open, I have ever experienced. Unit has few windows and is very dark inside. There was no pizza pan or cookie sheet, no hair dryer, toaster worked unevenly, sheets worn and pilled, carpets were dirty, tv was small and a recliner would have been nice.Rental was expensive, but we were in a jam because of a cancellation at another property.

Great location...and very close to beach!

The Midnight Cove property has great beach access without having to fight traffic to park at the larger Siesta Key beach...PLUS the property provides free beach umbrellas and chairs which is a big cost saver vs. having to rent these at SK beach. Tennis courts are very nice too.

Siesta Key Week

Condo and facilities as advertised. Nice property with good amenities. About 8 minute walk to beautiful beach. Beach attendant very helpful and friendly. Trolley for travel to and from Siesta Key Village right on main road outside main office. Clean condo with owner answering all questions very quickly. Pleasure to do business with.

Absolutely Fantastic!

I don't normally submit reviews (good or bad), but this condo is deserving of a 5 star review! We are long time Siesta Key renters and have rented numerous private high end (3 story with elevators) houses over the past 16 years (once a year). We decided to try a condo close to the beach for our family of 4 (kids are 16 and 15 yo) and we would no doubt rent this place again. Midnight Cove #714 is the perfect little condo and the pictures don't do it justice! The inside is as stated and pictured, for the price it was quite comfortable. The outside, grounds and enclosed patio are simply awesome! As busy as Siesta Key was the week we were there it's amazing how quiet the condo complex is. Safety seems to be quite high on the list for the condo complex. We always saw a security guard every single time we were out, they definitely do a great job making the complex feel safe and relaxing. We utilized the kitchen and outdoor grills while we were there and had no issues. I loved being able to grill next to the canal. Was simply beautiful! And the grills were super easy to use and very clean. It was so nice to eat in and then head to the beach for sunset. The walk to the beach is very short and so nice, because it is all on a walking path that is quite pretty. In the morning it was so nice to walk to the beach and have chairs and umbrellas set up, so no need to lug a lot of stuff to the beach. The beach attendant was great! If bad weather was headed our way he was sure to inform each guest individually. He had a great personality and was easy to talk to. The pools were great and close to the condo! Loved that there was a bathroom accessible close to the beach so you didn't have to walk back to the condo. Vic was super easy to work with and any questions we had were answered very quickly--not that we had many. We also fished in the canal which is literally right outside the condo. All in all the condo is in a great location and was just right for our family of 4. I also love that the daquiri deck is a block away! I'm not sure I can find anything to complain about. I will say the condo is just as described. It's not over the top luxurious, but super comfortable. The couches aren't brand new, but they are very comfortable and clean. The beds are not the Ritz Carlton, but we certainly did not lose any sleep and were very comfortable. LOVE THIS PLACE! Thanks Vic for providing a top notch place for our family to bring home some awesome memories!

Relaxing week

We enjoyed our stay here with hot sun and a great breeze off the gulf. The beach service was an unexpected surprise and very nice to use. We liked being able to walk to several restaurants and easy access to the road out to 41. The unit was fine but felt it was musty smelling and we were disappointed that there were no paper towels, limited soap and no trash bags left by housekeeping. It might be time to upgrade the queen sheets.

Perfect location

PERFECT LOCATION!!! We loved being able to walk out our door and fish, but we also loved being so close to the beach! The best part was every morning when we would go they had chairs and umbrellas ready for us. The condo was very clean and we really had a lovely time so happy we found this place. Nice Property with Fantastic Location

Thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at Midnight Cove. Property provided everything you needed and location was excellent for seeing all of Siesta Key. Owner very responsive with any questions we may have had. Everyone within the community seemed very friendly. Would definitely rent here again.

This place had the most uncomfortable beds I've ever laid on. If you can't get good rest on vacation then you aren't going to feel your best. Other than that it was ok. The owner is very critical. Why do you mail keys when there are keys at the unit?

Great vacation rental

Condo had everything we needed for a family of 4. Location was great with easy access to the beach and several shops within walking distance. Owner responded quickly to E-mail and provided a detailed arrival packet. We will definitely rent this property in the future and recommend it to our friends.

Very nice property

Wonderful time - clean rooms and beautiful rear enclosed porch with view of water. Nice amenities and easy access to everywhere on the key. Could use a little more light and wifi in the condo but otherwise, wonderful!
