This gorgeous Siesta Key luxury beach view condo is directly on world famous Crescent Beach located mid-Key, just south of the south bridge and right across the street from South Village with easy access on/off the island. This Siesta Key vacation rental condo is located in the Siesta Breakers Condominium Complex. The condo has been completely renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, granite and modern tile throughout, beautiful decor/furnishings, making it one of the most impressive units at Siesta Breakers! This unit has a view of the powder white sand and azure waters of the Gulf, as well as the pool and tropical landscaping below. It is mere steps to the world famous beach!!

The Siesta Breakers Condo complex is a gated community and one of the premier beachfront properties on Siesta Key, boasting exceptional amenities. It has covered parking, a spacious club house, lighted tennis courts, large heated pool, all in a tropical landscaped setting.

Attractions and conveniences are (short) walking distance and include shops, fine dining, a marina, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, parasailing, Dolphin Tours, intimate night clubs with dancing and free lighted tennis courts. You can avail yourself of the miles of bike/jogging paths or miles of beaches to walk on and enjoy. Over 20 golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. Across the bridge on the mainland, Sarasota and the surrounding area has unmatched cultural activities.

This fantastic - completely updated - two bedroom unit is exceptionally appointed with a king size bed in the master bedroom, plus 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms (master has a shower and 2nd bath has tub/shower combo). Cable HD LCD TV, DVD and CD / Stereo receiver are provided in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with a cable TV. Recently updated with new furniture, stainless kitchen appliances, new washer/dryer and more.. It includes fully furnished kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, and all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes.

Sleep at night with the ocean surf outside your Lanai windows! A laundry with washer / dryer is in the unit. Free WIFI is included. Just 90 minutes from Tampa, two and a half hours from Orlando. Twenty-five minutes from Sarasota airport. It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf.

Siesta Breakers is on the south/middle of Siesta Key on Crescent Beach.

Great Family Get Away

Great week in Siesta Key in this very comfy beachfront condo. Slept 5 adults comfortably, great location in walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, shopping, etc…. Nice pool and great sunsets in Crescent Beach (right in front of condo). Good choice for family vacation!

This condo is in a great location to Stickney Point Road, walkable restaurants, bars, fun boat tours, and free trolley. Beach is beautiful with free lounge chairs and chairs - 20 day for umbrella. Pool area is very nice away from beach and road - tennis courts and pickleball too. Unit was Very well stocked - kitchen - beach towels and beach accessories including tubes umbrellas cooler etc. Communication with hosr was great too! Looking forward to our return next year! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful beachfront condo 💕

My family had an enjoyable week at this clean, updated condo. Many extras here including beach chairs, beach towels and outdoor toys. Lounge chairs provided on the private beach . The location was just perfect… beach front, good sized pool which went to 8ft, eateries and shopping within walking distance. We will definitely stay here in future visits !!

This condo had plenty of room, and was very clean. The location was perfect! The only thing we needed was a sturdy umbrella. We ended up buying a small one because buying an expensive one was not option since we couldn't take it with us. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property! The location was wonderful for walking to restaurants. It was also conveniently located close to a drug store which was helpful for last minute needs. The kitchen was well-stocked with all appliances and cookware. The condo also had everything we needed for beach days! It was wonderful to have lounge chairs to use. The kids loved the heated pool on chilly days!

Wonderful Experience!

We loved Siesta Breakers Condo 403! An elevator was conveniently located near our condo. The condo was extremely updated with all working appliances, the beds were comfortable, and the screened in patio/furniture was so cozy overlooking the pool and the ocean. The grounds and pool area was so nice! We actually wish sunny side properties or owners had more condos available for rent!

This condo is beautiful!! It had everything we needed. Lisa was wonderful to work with. We have already booked it again for our April Spring Break trip!! The condo had everything we needed. We have been vacationing in Siesta Key for years and have stayed at the Breakers many times. This condo was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Lovely condo and perfect location

The tastefully decorated condo was just as advertised with a beautiful view of the water from the screened lanai. The perfect location is in an area of Siesta Key where there are some restaurants and stores within walking distance. It is right on Crescent Beach which is a little quieter than Siesta Beach further north. You can walk for miles on the sand by just heading out your door. The owner and manager were exceptionally responsive when we had a minor issue upon check-in. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful & Relaxing

This property and location was perfect! Private beach with large pool. Just don’t put any rafts in the pool otherwise maintenance man will yell at you :). I would strongly recommend this property. Everything you need is across the street including grocery store, restaurants and ice cream. You’re far enough away from the public beach, but still can walk the beach to get there in 30 min. The ocean and sand is mesmerizing. I will be returning with the family!

Condo on the beach

We had a perfect vacation in this area! The condo is beautiful and located right on the beach. We had everything we needed in the condo. The kitchen was loaded with anything you would ever need to prepare food. Loved the pool and the beach was perfection. It was so nice to have our beach chairs and umbrellas put up for us each day.dThere is a small grocery market across the street from this Siesta Breakers Condo. It has a great selection of food and alcohol products plus a deli that make great sandwiches.The free trolleys and Free Hop frog vans pick up and drop off all along the beach and go into the village. I highly recommend this condo and this area!

Great Condo!

Great condo! Good size for a 2 bedroom. 2 bathrooms is very nice:). Plenty of towels and dishes! Everything you would need for the beach. We packed a car full, and could Have done without! Walking distance to everything we needed. Rode over to Publix once to stock up, Could easily Uber. Trolley will take you to the village, but we only went to see it. We had plenty around us. We stayed at a house on this side of island last year and heard a lot of outside noise…not here! Family friendly!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Siesta Breakers. The communication for check-in and check-out was clearly communicated. The unit was very clean and centrally located to nearby restaurants and shops. Many of which were within walking distance. My family also enjoyed the large pool and lovely beach on the gulf during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit to others.
