Steps From Siesta Key Beach! 1BR w/ Heated Pool

Newly renovated gated beach access apartment with a heated pool. This is a one bedroom and one bath apartment that makes up one unit in a quadplex. It is on a very quiet private road that leads to a gated beach access way that only residents on this street have access too.

Amenities Included:
- Private pool for only guest at our quadplex
- Key fobs to the gated beach only a short walk to the beach
- New sheets, towels, pillows, comforters, etc.
- Soap and shampoo
- Roku TV, able to login to all of your different streaming services
- Netflix subscription included at the house
- Beach chairs and toys
- Super fast internet/wifi
- Washer and dryer
- Full size kitchen with all the essentials

This property sleeps up to 4 guests. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This property is great for a couple looking to getaway from their busy lives and enjoy a relaxing trip in Siesta Key, one of the best beaches in the entire country. It is very popular with "snowbirds" from up north coming down for the winter months. The beach is only a very short walk from the property. There is also plenty of seating outside around the pool and on the patio to enjoy the sun without the sand. The Siesta key Village is close by too only a short ride away.

Property Rules:
- Parties are allowed if you make the owner/manager aware prior to booking and get written approval.
- Quiet hours are after 10:00 pm and until 7:00 am. This is to respect the other guests in the other apartments. Loud noise between these times is not allowed.
- As a disclosure there are security cameras located on the outside of the property. They are there for your security. They are only on the outside of the property.
- There must be someone aged 25 years or older present at all times that is apart of your group that is staying in our apartment. You must also report in your reservation the accurate amount of guests that will be staying in the unit. You are not allowed to have any guests come that are not registered as part of your reservation without the written consent of the owner/manager. No more then the maximum amount of guests are allowed to book this apartment without the written consent of the owner/manager.

Spring break vacation

This place was perfect. Very clean, bed was a memory foam so comfortable. Had our own pool and minutes to the beach. Steve was nice to deal with and we even got to check in a little early. Overall happy when findings this place last minute. We would definitely stay here again..

Had a wonderful week in 1BR unit steps to Beach. Very clean and comfortable with nice pool and well furnished patio area.. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by owner, who was very responsive to me.

Great location in the middle of Siesta key; very close to the beach. It's a nice walk along the beach to restaurants and shops (0.7 or 1.5 miles, depending on which end of Siesta Key you're walking to). Well stocked and clean.

Perfect beach location

Perfect location for beach access! The private beach is pretty ideal and much less crowded than the public access. Short Uber ride to the restaurants and bars on both ends of island. Property was clean and bed was very comfortable.

nice but.....

VRBO did a horrible job of informing us about our check in. It was THE NIGHT BEFORE AND STILL NO WORD on how to get into our rental. We had to call the owner to get him to handle it! Very stressful when your just wanting to relax and have a great birthday trip!!

Cozy beach getaway

The location of this beach house is fantastic, only a short walk to the best beach in the country. The one bedroom unit is very cozy , we usually stay in a larger unit so it was an adjustment when we first arrived. The manager Steve couldn’t have been more attending to help make this a wonderful vacation.
