This home is part of a duplex and shares one wall and the semi-private heated pool with the neighboring unit. You will have exclusive access to the left side of the first-floor garage and the entire second floor of the property. Starter packs of kitchen and toiletry essentials provided for a seamless first couple of nights. Free high-speed WiFi is included. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. This home has stairs. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use.

The apartment/condo was just as advertised. Everything seemed well maintained and cared for. Linens and towels were fine. Location was great. Property management was responsive and helpful. The pillows were not as comfortable as hoped but that is a small item. Everything else was lovely. Kitchen well stocked, Porch/balcony was wonderful.

Great find on siesta key!

Was nice to be in a 2 unit house so close to everything. Perfect views of the ocean, 2 minute walk to the playground on beach, and a 12 minute walk to the village. Updated and comfortable furnishings and a rental company that goes above and beyond make this a winner.

We truly enjoyed our time in this wonderful location. You can sometimes be fooled in these bookings by old or doctored pictures, but that is not the case here. It was an awesome experience for all of us. We had three couples for 3 nights and all of us raved about the place and all are looking to do it again! Beautiful

It was a very pretty home, with wonderful views. The management was great. Right across from the public beach, which was beautiful. The only thing that was a bother was there were a lot of teenagers on their own and they were very loud at night.

Best beach in USA

The unit more than met our expectations. Very well equipped and comfortable. We much enjoyed the patio overlooking one of the best beaches in the world. Amazing view and sunsets! It is a short walk to the village which was very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a fantastic beach/golf/family holiday.

Amazing Spring Break 2017!!!

Jackie and Nick were amazing to work with- especially after finding out our original VRBO booking was cancelled due to overbooking. We were stressed trying to find another place. The townhome is absolutely gorgeous with everything you can think of to make your stay the best! The view every morning off your porch is worth every penny.
