The bathroom features a washbasin, toilet, urinal, a bathtub with shower, and a separate glass shower cabin (70 × 80 cm). The apartment is on the first floor of a very quiet house. The property, about 3,000 square meters in size, is at the end of a low-traffic cul-de-sac, far from any through traffic.
The train station is about a 12-minute walk away, and the town center is around 17 minutes on foot. A scenic path leads along the Danube riverbank to the next bridge. There, you can cross the Danube and enjoy a wonderful view of the green banks. Afterwards, it’s just a short stroll through the Prinzenpark to reach the town. The Danube cycle path is also nearby.
The house is on a slope. From the garden and the apartment windows, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Danube and Sigmaringen Castle. A secure garage space for bikes or motorcycles can be offered for an additional fee.
