Closed modern kitchen with GROHE water tap, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, fully automatic coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Nespresso coffee maker, milk frother. Iron. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. 1 garage place. Non-smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted.
