This 2024 newly constructed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers guests an inviting and chic escape in the heart of newly revitalized downtown Silverthorne. It comfortably sleeps 6 with a king-size bed in the master suite, a queen-size bed in the guest room, a high-quality queen-size murphy bed, and a twin sleeper sofa in the living area. Additional highlights include two indoor tandem garage spaces, an indoor elevator from the garage to the second floor, rich warm radiant heat floors throughout the space, luxury Saatva mattresses in both bedrooms, brand-new furniture, a private balcony with partial mountain views, in-unit washer and dryer, and a ski closet in the garage.

The Skywalk Flats complex offers guests access to their recently opened Skydeck which overlooks the 4th Street promenade and is complete with a hot tub, fire pit, gas grill, lounge area and panoramic views. Ideally located within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bars, while being close to the conveniences of Silverthorne and everything else Summit County has to offer.

As you enter the space, you will find a bench, hooks, and a storage closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. From here you will find yourself in the open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Spread out and relax in the living area by the cozy gas fireplace with a mounted smart TV, or step out onto the private balcony for some fresh air and mountain views. The brand new furniture offers plenty of seating and the large windows allow natural light to pour in throughout the day.

Step into the full-sized kitchen equipped with quartz countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. You will find all of the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining table comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The queen size murphy bed is located between the living and dining areas, and the twin pullout sofa is opposite the fireplace. Additional sheets and blankets are in the nearby closet for both beds. Additionally, the full-size stackable washer and dryer are also located in a closet in this area.

The master suite is just to the left of the living area and features a Saatva king-sized bed, a smart TV, ceiling fan, and numerous built-in shelves in the closet. The en suite bathroom offers a quartz countertop vanity and a large walk-in shower with a bench. The guest bedroom is just across the living area and features a Saatva queen size bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and numerous built-in closet shelves. The guest bathroom is located just outside the guest bedroom and has a shower and bathtub combination plus a beautiful vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note, this vacation rental does include parking for two vehicles, however, if you have two large SUVs or trucks, they may not fit in the garage.
