We had a fantastic visit to this beautiful Silverthorne home! It fit two families with adult children very comfortably. The kitchen appliances were top notch, and it was great having the hot tub with spectacular views. Loved the proximity to hiking trails! James, our host, was probably the best, most-responsive host we've ever come across. Check out was very easy, too. Highly recommend! The only piece of constructive advice we would give would be that it'd be nicer to have bath gel and nicer shampoo/conditioner in the showers, and more than one roll of paper towels would be nice for a 5 day stay, and for the cost of the rental.

Silverthorne winter holiday extended stay

The property has spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Lake Dillon; however, the dead mice left behind in the kitchen garbage can tainted our overall experience. We had family and friends stay with us over Christmas and New Year’s. While the home is large and accommodated 8 of us, the listing as an entertainer’s paradise was a bit deceiving as the kitchen is meagerly furnished with serving dishes and utensils. The listing does not specify the number of garage spaces but the pictures show a 3-car garage. However, only one space is available for renters’ use as owner’s vehicle occupies one space and the third space is too small for a mid-size sedan. Also, the listing states there are 2 king size beds, yet one of them is two twins pushed together which makes a shorter bed and difficult for anyone 6 feet or taller to sleep in comfortably.

Our best Thanksgiving Vacation!

After losing both of my parents suddenly right before the holidays last year I knew I wanted to make sure this holiday season was spent with our children and grandchildren making new memories. We chose Colorado to be our destination and we couldnt have picked a better home to spend time together as a family. The house was set up perfect for 8 adults and two children with plenty of room to all spread out. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the chefs kitchen that was perfect for us all to gather in and cook. And the views were absolutely stunning! We shopped in Silverthorne, went skiing at Copper Mountain and ate dinner in Breckenridge. This house is the perfect central location. Thank you for sharing your home and we are already talking about booking next year.

Very nice place - few issues

This is a beautiful home - no doubt about it. But we booked it originally based on the pictures they had at the time, but since we booked, they changed the layout of an essential room from a bed to a sofa bed. They also had a built in desk that was nice, but for some strange reason, they pushed a big, bulky desk in front of the built in rendering it useless and taking up a lot of space unnecessarily. James offered to give us a refund when I pointed out the issue, but by that point, there was no other place that would work for our large group. I would have liked to be told when they remodeled the room v. my happening to notice the change when I was assigning guests to rooms. They also need to upgrade the sheets on the beds. We all found them uncomfortable and scratchy. The home is lovely and it's great that they accept pets. The view is amazing and the hot tub is awesome. All in all, we had a wonderful time, but I'm not certain I would stay there again.

Beautiful, Well stocked home with amazing view

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 10 of us from senior adults through babies. There was ample space so everyone had their own area but we were able to come together as much as we wanted. The neighborhood is quiet and the street is a cul-de-sac. Our kids used sleds and built snowmen in the street with no one to disturb them. We had everything we needed here. We would stay here again if we visit the area again.

Amazing!!

The pictures don’t do it justice. This is by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at and it was perfect for our family vacation with nine people. The view from the back porch is incredible. There’s a small mountain brook running through the front yard. There’s access to the Eagle’s Nest Wilderness Area right out of the front door. The house is well appointed and comfortable. The master bedroom and bath is amazing, with heated floors, an incredible shower, and a tub overlooking the valley. It’s far enough back in the neighborhood to be quiet but not so far away that it’s inconvenient to town. We had an excellent time and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Birthday Bash Getaway !

What’s not to love !!! Beautiful mountain home for a family gathering with our adult children and grandchildren to celebrate birthdays and July 4th! Spacious and comfy living room on the main level with amazing views ! Adjacent kitchen was complete with everything we needed to prepare family meals while allowing plenty of room for little ones to play. Bedrooms and bathrooms on the upper and lower levels were accommodating for all. The cul de sac in the front of the house was a perfect spot for our grandchildren to ride their bikes and play as there was no traffic. Great trails near the house for hikes. Location of home within the Three Peaks community is very private, yet easy access to markets, restaurants, retail and neighbouring towns and ski resorts.

Fantastic Home for Multi-family Gathering

This home is amazing! Gorgeous home in exclusive upscale neighborhood has 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms spread out on 3 floors for privacy of guests. Pets allowed! Great mountain view with outside deck for dining and relaxing. Kitchen is fully complete with 3 separate sinks and work areas along with appliances and kitchen utensils. Living and family room accommodations on 2 floors for entertaining. Home is close to Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail to take advantage of both Summer and Winter activities. The 5 Star reviews are no joke! We've stayed in plenty of nice accommodations, but this one wins hands down!

One of the best stays I’ve ever had

I had been looking forward to this stay since January, based on the amazing pictures of the property. My expectations were blown away when I arrived, as it is quite possibly the most beautiful property I’ve stayed in so far. There are way too many superlatives regarding this stay to note here, but I’ll never forget the hot tub overlooking the mountains, the amazing master bedroom and bathroom (with the tub also overlooking the mountains), all the amenities you could ask for and more, and the wonderful access to great venues such as Breckinridge, Vail, Frisco, Steamboat Springs, and of course, Silverthorne. The Raven Golf Course in Silverthorne, which is literally less than 10 minutes away from the away, is a wonderful course with great views; the people here are so friendly and pleasant. My only regret is that I could not stay longer; I stayed for a week to run the Revel Rockies Marathon, and it’s an experience I’ll never forget. Looking forward to more stays here in the near future; on a scale of 5, I rate this place an 11!

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at Three Peaks! Our extended family got together from Florida, Minnesota, Colorado, California and Maryland before the holidays. The space was perfect and the views amazing! We loved sitting in the hot tub overlooking the valley - we even had a full moon. The sunrise in the morning over the mountains was spectacular. Beds were comfortable, supplies plentiful and the master bathroom - WOW!! Communication with the management company was easy and good. Hiking in the area is great and some were able to go skiing. Fantastic Views and Location

The property is amazing. While at the house you barely see any other homes (except in the amazing views from the property.) You are located so close to amazing and beautiful hiking trails. The back deck is lovely to relax on. And the house is a great rustic mountain property. The master shower is fantastic and makes you feel like you are at a spa. We have stayed at houses very near by (same side of the highway with great views as well), but this house beats them all!
