Your perfect Breck getaway awaits!

The Space:
Step inside your mountain getaway, where you will be greeted by a bright and open space filled with natural light. As soon as you enter the home, you will find the kitchen/living room/dining room ahead of you in a spacious and open layout. The home has a warm and inviting charm to it with wood panel walls, plush furnishings, mountain cabin decor, and bright windows overlooking the surrounding nature, you will feel right at home in this space!

To the left of the front door you will find the fully equipped kitchen which features a double-basin sink, spacious countertops, and a full range of appliances, from a blender to a toaster to a crockpot. Easily prepare a meal in this space while you continue to socialize with your group and enjoy the views thanks to the open layout! A kitchen bar area provides seating for three and serves as an ideal bridge between the kitchen and dining spaces, making it easy to serve, dine and socialize between the two areas. In the dining area, you will find a dining table that seats six. The table is situated next to soaring windows that line a wall of the condo, making it, so you can dine with a view!

When you’re ready to relax and unwind after a day of exploration and fun, settle into the living area, a dynamic space perfect for entertaining, relaxing, working, or sleeping. In the living room you will find a blue leather couch and a leather chair with an ottoman situated in front of the fireplace. Put your feet up, snuggle in and reminisce on the day’s adventures while you warm up by the wood-burning fireplace and tune into a favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Off to the side of the fireplace, you will find a workspace with a table and two folding chairs. The sofa pulls double duty, functioning as a couch by day and converting into a sleep space by night as a king-size, pull out bed. The large windows lining the wall bring the outside in, with views of the trees and surrounding mountains to be enjoyed from all around the room. From the living room you can access the outdoor balcony where you can step outside and do some stargazing or take in the tranquility of the trees and refreshing mountain air.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the two bedrooms down a hallway to the right of the front door, providing a nice separation of the sleeping and living spaces. Head into the warm and inviting master bedroom where you will find a comfortable king-size bed with matching nightstands and bedside lamps on either side. The bedroom includes a spacious closet, a 32” TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Freshen up before bed in the master bathroom where you will find a shower/tub combo and a spacious single-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage space, and additional storage in shelves above the sink. Across the way, a second bedroom provides a restful retreat with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a closet and dresser, and a 24” TV. Down the hallway from the bedroom and near the entrance to the home, you will find the second full bathroom, which boasts a single sink vanity, a shower/tub combo, and ample storage space for your personal items.

Guests of the home can enjoy access to a shared clubhouse which features a range of amenities providing something for everyone in your group! Inside the spacious clubhouse you will find a pool, foosball and ping pong table, an indoor pool and two hot tubs, and laundry facilities. A shared outdoor deck with several seating options and picnic tables are also available for use.

Guests will have access to the entire home and balcony as well as an HOA clubhouse where guests will find a ping pong and foosball table, a shared pool, a hot tub, and a laundry room. Two parking spaces are available for guests in front of the building.

The Neighborhood:
This home's location in the wonderful Wildernest neighborhood allows you to enjoy the best of everything - incredible outdoor access, close proximity to Silverthorne, and easy access to I-70, the main roadway in the area that spans this gorgeous stretch of mountain towns. You are just minutes from several hiking trails, including the Lily Pad Lake and Buffalo Mountain Trailhead, Mesa Cortina Wilderness Open Space, and Salt Lick Trailheads, all within a 5-minute or less drive away. The town of Silverthorne offers dining and entertainment options with various eateries and shops, including the Outlets at Silverthorne. The charming town of Dillon is also just minutes away, with the scenic Dillon Reservoir and Dillon Amphitheater, well known for its summer concerts. In the winter months, you will love the many nearby ski areas to choose from with Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Arapahoe Basin, and Loveland ski resorts within 40 minutes from the home. When you are looking to explore city life head into Breckenridge's historic Main Street, here you will find endless shops, breweries, restaurants, galleries, and museums where you can learn more about the history of this Gold Rush-era mining town.

Getting Around:
Situated in the heart of the beautiful Wildernest neighborhood, you are just minutes away from I-70, the main highway that spans this stretch of the Colorado Rocky Mountains making it easy to explore the surrounding areas with ease. From this home are you just 8 minutes to Silverthorne, 11 minutes from Dillon, 15 minutes from Frisco, and within 30 minutes you can find yourself exploring Breckenridge. Take advantage of the FREE Summit Stage bus literally outside your front door! Just outside of the building the condo is located is the Timber Ridge bus stop, which is part of the Summit Stage FREE bus route on the Wildernest Loop. You can hop on the bus and find yourself connected with all of the Summit Stage Free Bus routes that span Silverthorne and extend to the neighboring communities.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. To reach the condo, guests will need to be able to walk up 24 steps.

Note that when using the fireplace in this unit and deciding to cook at the same time, please be aware the hood vent to the stove is very strong on high. It can smoke up and make a small mess. Please be cautious of using both items at the same time.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Great amenities nice location comfortable space

We just returned back home a few days ago from our trip to this condo. The host was accommodating and quick to respond. Great clean space perfect for organizing items for the next day for skiing! It would be wonderful to visit this place in the spring and summer as well!
