Casa Can Carolin is located in a quiet and well-maintained part of the popular village of Sineu. The street has few neighbors, and parking is just 100 meters from the house. The house was completely renovated in 2024 and features every luxury. There are two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. There are also two additional bathrooms and an outdoor shower by the pool.
The modern kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience and leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace, a perfect spot for dining and barbecuing. The small pool in the courtyard offers a pleasant place to cool off on hot days.
Both bedrooms and the dining area are equipped with air conditioning, and in the winter months of November and March, a modern pellet stove is available for heating.
This property offers all the comforts for your perfect Mallorca vacation! It's just a 5-minute walk to the village center, where numerous restaurants and great shops await you. The beautiful beaches of northern Mallorca are only a 20-30-minute drive away, and Palma and the airport are also only about 30 minutes away.
