This hotel was a lifesaver, we had a 6 a.m. flight and not having to go through TSA all over again was the best. The receptionist was decent, the beds in the room were comfortable as well. I would say that you want to put the temperature up earlier if you don’t want to freeze and housekeeping will be there to clean the room as soon as you are ready to check out. Our flight boarded at 5:35 and we were 1 gate over so we didn’t leave until 5:25 and had plenty of time. The only downside is that if you leave the airport you will not be able to get back in until the gates reopen 2 hours before your flight. Also service is rated at a 4 because reception didn’t tell us much about what the airport had to offer and a nice gentlemen at the Hurley store told us that there is a free movie theatre in the airport. It would have been nice if the receptionist told us this a little when we arrived. It’s in terminal 3 and there is a free sky train to get there it closes at 1 a.m. and a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Food was alright, but it was not great at least it is included and there are other restaurants in the airport if you are not satisfied.
